Hi buddy, I can empathise with you on challenges with water. Good idea putting new additional well at lowest point. Additional storage (tank) capacity helps too and maybe for future water security a bored deep well in to aquafer then, less reliance on surface water. Here to in our province, they say before that there is a gold buried on the area where the japanese soldier put up their camp during world war II so folks got to digging and digging the area for half a year and they never found even a single gold coin! What a waste of time that is! Well, there is also this one time where a japanese came to visit our barangay and he pretend to be a biologist so he keep on going out and exploring the surroundings even the near mountain in our area pretending to study the local plants and animals but then we found out later that hes holding a map and that he is trying to find the treasure left by the japanese soldier during the world war II. Well, he did not found any also. hahahahahahaha
You want to size on max head height. (how HIGH and far it will pump) I started with a 1 hp. Not enough. Lazada has a good 2hp. not too expensive. I don't think solar will cut it for what you'll want to spend. Just run some adequate wire. Ya. wondered what you've been doin.....besides eating 😁
How deep is your well today? Maybe you should try to dig deeper. Sometimes water table is very very deep. Did you ask the engineers at the state office, normally they should provide with some good advices. don't you think so?

Have you considered building a concrete cistern
We haul water in our area... I would think you could do the same... Just set up a tailer with a couple of tanks on it. Go and get the water you need.
