      I just wiped down the outside with simple green right before shooting so it would look good for the camera.

      Yes! We mixed some with sweet potatoes, corn, and some chilies and they always turn out great.

    The thick shoulder cuts known as pork butt steak, it's dark pork meat, very fatty, wondering how you'd recommend i cook. They are usually over an inch thick and even if not they are like bacon or rib fat

      Which ones? Like pork loin chops or the thin slices of pork butt?

      @@GrillTopExperience the thick pork shoulder chops. We call them pork butt steak. Usually around an inch to 2 inches thick. Wondering if they would be a low and slow sort of deal like ribs. Very fatty
