However, the one point of contention was saying that Chris Harrison "didn't think before he spoke" - this gives him too much of the benefit of the doubt, as if it was just something he blurted out off the cuff. As we know, it was a 13 minute interview so he had plenty of time to reflect/backtrack/etc, but he just kept digging the hole deeper. Yes Rachael made a good apology - BUT, it came only after the firestorm from the CH interview, not in the 6 weeks since everything surfaced. So, nice words but doesn't seem too sincere because of the convenient timing. We'll see how she acts from this point forward. And the CH's "stepping away" is likely only going to last for ATFR & he'll probably be back after that - I bet ABC wants to sweep it under the rug asap.
