Why don’t you see if you can find an engineer that can fit your cars with hydraulic steel pins with a base plate and you can push a button and 4 pins drop down and raise your car enough so you can change tyres.
If you want to see what I mean look for Australian supercar racing and Bathurst and have look at what they have so the whole car lifts up and tyres can be changed.
