Legend has it, that inside the large med-pack is photos of Scout's mom with the enemy team spy. Actually, those photos are in all of the health packs. The larger the pack, the more photos you get.
Now you know why scouts always go after the health packs, even if their teammate needs the health more and probably doesn't even care about the photos
