US veteran, love my Cobra Kai, realistic war movies with actual historical content, sports movies and sports in general, but I loved this series and got choked up at the end. So much so that I have watched the last 15 minutes of the last episode about 15 times. Started watching just to see what it was about and the lead actress was so cute from the Netflix preview. Got hooked from the start. Gave it two thumbs up.

This series has a sad effect on me. I remember seeing this edit or similar type of edit of this serial, and then binge watching it in 1 day. was awake till 4 AM that day to complete it. And then the same day at 12.30 PM my uncle passed away due to corona. at that moment I was like I was all happy, binging where the same time my uncle was having breathing problems in hospital and the next day he passed away. I know it's completely unrelated, but seeing this series will always remind me of this.

Idc no one should marry someone they don't love and give you their true love just to keep someone from suicidal attempts. In that case all 3 of them will be unhappy because even if the suicidal person gets to marry the person he or she is obsessing over, she will be unhappy because he doesn't love her, also what that person needs is family support and professional help, therapy as well.
