I'm having so much trouble with the software. The player doesn't show the GPS mapping or other info. while the video plays. Because VANTRUE is in china it's been a back & forth with email trying to resolve the issue for 2 weeks now because of the time zone difference. I don't recommend this dashcam. I will update if a solution is found. btw, I'm using macOS. If I don't get it working I will have to send it back and NOTE the warranty clearly states that I have to pay for shipping even if the issue is with the product.

I heard that videos recorded from dashcam are either H.265 or H.264. Can you actually upload these directly to youtube since youtube does not support them?

@@TechNocion they said SanDisk couldn't withstand the repeat writing. I just found out about SanDisk high endurance and bough one. Vantrue recommended Samsung Pro endurance. But SanDisk was on discount at bestbuy.
