I have a tendency to agree with the thermodynamic aspect. Just on the amount of energy input to charge all of the magnets to their strengths. I'm wondering even if u do create a drive unit that can push a generator will it create more kw/h of energy out before it degauses or cancels out its own Magnetic fields. In turn will it break its own laws of thermodynamics.
I believe that depends on how the device achieves motive force. It could very well be an issue with some motors and may not be a huge factor with others.

I think you have "design" patents mixed up with "utility" patents" - they are two different things. An inventor of a device such as this would initially seek a utility patent, which if granted lasts for 20 years as of the most recent patent law changes.
Doesn't perpetual motion refer to as constant free energy until the end of time? If so, who will be there to witness it? So the way I understand it is if proven in our time, it won't be actually proven because we are not at the end of time to document it. Just a thought like some of those physicist do to deter our continued challenges.
This information was very helpful in understanding how to proceed. Only to keep working on the projects until it is understood what is going on and how the battery is being maintained. I will only upload a video of these things for demonstration purposes, no schematics. Until now this has been qualitative and only looking for results, now is time to do some analytical work and learn how. @@Motionmagnetics Well, posted a video. One of the poll of the battery had some Copper sulfate formed on it, when I rotated the copper wire to make a better contact the voltage increased by one volt. Will begin to do some analytical work, and wade into uncharted territory. Have a scope, spectrum analyzer, and volt/amp meters, but I'm far from being a technician. This would be a Proof of Concept" and to find out what is taking place would be highly valuable to produce a working prototype that could do some real work. Thanks for the interest and advice. If you can do it with moving Parts you should be able to do it with no moving parts. But there is the idea that a rotating frame of reference does something interesting. It's basically constant acceleration. Keep experimenting. That's how we're going to find the answers

Actually I kinda disagree with your statement about people referring to magnets as a type of battery. When you're using FIF's (Field Interaction Forces) to power a device you are using each magnet for its ability to produce a physical force stored within the magnet in the form of an EMF induced in/on the magnet. A good neodymium magnet has a theoretical lifespan of 1000 years losing approximately .01 % of its field strength per decade. Though FIF is a barely understood process that is quite complex and needs much more study what we are trying to do with magnets only applies to their ability to store a usable physical force (like a battery), how we access/use that force is where things get complicated. In my own work in creating an over-unity prime mover I have used, with great success, a fact about magnets that we all know but science has ignored. That fact is that to bisect one IMF (Independent Magnetic Field, otherwise known as a magnet) with another at a set distance produces a FIF that is 2.5x the energy needed to align the fields (with the fields repelling). In other words two magnets stuck together are 2.5x easier to slide apart than to pull apart. This is the "natural" unadulterated FIF differential, we can use mechanical advantage to increase this differential without effect to the strength of the resulting FIF. Furthermore we can use time as a mechanical advantage in the use (output) of the FIF as the strength of the FIF is a property of the IMF's and not dependent on any factor other than the size and type/grade of the magnets used. I think the best use of magnets is really using gravity. Imagine if you will a plastic tube that goes around an entire room but is slightly tilted so that a magnetic ball could slide all the way down. The tube is wrapped in copper wiring, and as the ball is sliding down the tube it is creating electricity which charges a series of capacitors. Once the ball reaches the bottom the capacitors power a vacuum system that brings the ball back to the top to roll down the tube all over again. I figure every 30 seconds drop a magnetic ball down the tube that way you would have more electricity generated. As for an actual motor I still think it would have to be a combination of mechanical and gravitational systems in order for the motor to actually work but it has to be something simple because the more complex it would be the more likely it is to fail.
