I always turned off my video on zoom so I can focus or else I will be looking at myself all the time worrying if I am looking bad or like something shouldn't be shown to be exposed to everyone LOL
I also just bought an apple watch and I love it! I use it to track my activity, how much calories I burned when working out and my sleep quality!
I have been loving it so far! And also be careful if you sweat or have water contact with the band, it irritates my skin and I had rashes for a few days. :(
