there should be community advice but usually you wanna wait on first or 3rd push saying icon to glow then hit to get the ??? char. banner character. i will say this its super dumb to put a mini game on will u get this banner char. ontop of her being limited to 6 days only.

I got her on the second 10 pulls attempt
Took me 40k and a few thousand paid gems to get Zeta. But with about 20k gems, I got the red moon shadow 4 times. Makes no sense
