Songs from her latest CD "Beyond" are a collection of beautiful music. Heard this song from the CD and could not wait to see the video.

Lucy can sing anything you can throw at her. She is most likely the best female vocalist of this generation. Lucy is world class without a doubt! She is probably the 'music treasure' of this decade and maybe even this century. Lucy brings back the kind of singing that most people love. Her talent, ability, dedication and commitment is beyond reproach. Lucy has already accomplished so much and is about to turn 20 years old next week. She has done all this without the help of mainstream media! If Lucy continues her career in theater and live performances, God willing, Lucy Thomas will go down in history as a legend, similar to all the great Divas of the past!

I was curious about the original version of this song. I watched and listened to the original RUclips video which was sung 12 years ago by Christina Perri. The visuals of the original video are absolutely beautiful and Christina sings it beautifully.
Lucy's version is vocally superior though because Lucy's voice is still a one-in-a-7.888 billion voice.

The song is on the BEYOND CD that she released in Dec 2023 and the video last night. @LesParker-qx9xs If you watch the reaction he was getting them mixed up and he mentioned Christina Ricci and the film Black Snaje Moan but he wasn't sure if he was right he also said she (Ricci) reminded him of Wednesday and I pointed out that he was also right as she played the role in the movies. I just added the Jenna Ortega bit to bring him up to date on this subject. I think most of us knows it's Christina Perri's song. So if you re read my reply you should now get what it's about.
