Yeah its scary and sad how prophetic Idiocracy became...right down to the WWE wrestler/reality TV star president. Mike Judge really exaggerated his satire in Idiocracy and yet its become pretty accurate to how insane and stupid the US has become. When education budgets are always the first to be cut, people get really stupid within a few generations
I like how it still has the old art style it's always had, most revivals tend to use a more cleaned and smooth art style. It's pretty refreshing to see.
It reminds me what they did with "Rocko's Modern Life: Static Shock" on Netflix.
Or God forbid, they resort to CGI.
It's more polished but still the same.
It's drawn and animated in classic handmade cells, just using an hd size compound and a better color palette than in the 90s cartoon.
That's why it looks so great.

I really hope they go all in. If they pull punches to cater to a “modern audience” then it will be a waste of time. It killed Family Guy, South Park, American Dad, etc. Those shows are way longer so for them it was also burnout from the writers but it still affected them in a really negative way
Whatever they did 8 years ago will be just fine. They updated it a bit with stuff that wasn't music videos, and it was still absolutely awesome. Judge knows what he's doing.
