You really seemed to enjoy riding the Jetstream. In fact, you look like you enjoy making all your videos while also providing very good overviews of the bikes. I'm sort of leaning toward getting a Jetstream, but as I already have a mountain bike it's hard for me to sell my wife on the idea of getting another trail bike. I'm looking for a 20" or 24" commuter bike that can also handle long rides, and that I can take to Europe for multi-modal travel. I watched your video on the Dahon Qix D8, as well as some of your Tern videos, and I was wondering if you could tell me if the Qix D8 would be up for long-distance rides, or if you recommend something like the Jetstream or a Tern Verge s8i or s11I or Eclipse x20. I certainly like the price of the Qix D8 in comparison with the others, but I want to make sure I get a bike that is rugged enough and has good enough components for long rides as well as transporting on subways and trains.
Hello, I keep coming back to this video, I see there is a Jetstream that is significantly more expensive than this one you're showing. Do you think the additional specs on the more expensive one are worth it? If so, what exactly is different between the two Jetstreams? I am looking for a foldable bike (not a montague, I would like the bike to not fold in 2 separate pieces) with the durability of hills and some terrain that is a little more rough than the beautiful California terrain you show off in your videos :) I hope you can help! Love your videos!
Excellent review, comprehensive and informative. Especially liked the final few seconds. Careful!
thank you so much for your comment! Yes, the hill was uneven.
