I’m so glad you found value in the tips I’ve shared. I’m honored that my video served as a good reminder for you to build a healthier and happier life ☺️
New subscriber! I've been binge watching your videos this evening. I already brain dump, several times a day most days, but it's always been a focus for my planning. I have quite the chaotic mind and a bad memory, so throwing everything down on paper through the day helps me filter out the important things later and transfer them to my planner for action. It's the only system I've found that works for me and helps calm my mind and keep me focused. I've been thinking for a while to go to the next step and start journalling, capturing some of the things from my brain dump that are thoughts, moods, aspirations, memories etc that currently just get swept away as 'fluff'. It's not a side of things I have ever really ventured into, but I think I will start in the coming year and try to make more time for self reflection and growth rather than just the 'doing' of planning. Thanks for all the videos, they are very informative and helpful and have given me the courage to just try it and see what happens. I think the quote from the handwriting video of 'Be brave enough to suck at something new when you're learning' will be my quote of the year for next year!
Reading your heartfelt comment truly made me smile and filled me with gratitude. It sounds like you’re already very intentional with your daily routines, and I’m glad my videos provided a fresh perspective on your approach. With the new year upon us, I also appreciate that quote-it’s simple yet continually offers a broader view, helping me face my fears, shame, and ego directly. Let’s continue to inspire and grow together, especially through journaling! ☺️
Hi Liz, thanks for sharing your experience and great ideas. Can you elaborate on categorising journaling? Do you review your entries and sort into categories that fit into your wheel of life? I thought when we tag the ideas (point 1, revisiting) we categories them. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks again, Mag
Hello, Mag! That’s a great question. You’re right. When you ‘revisit,’ you’ll start to notice patterns, which can help you visualize and draw the areas of ‘what’s in your brain.’ Most people usually have a handful of areas that shape their lives. You can create a life wheel based on those categories you identify. You won’t need to adjust your wheel every time, as it should cover most aspects of your life unless you make significant changes in your life. In other words, revisiting and reviewing your journal entries helps you identify these categories. The life wheel then allows you to track your progress in each of these areas. Hope that helps! ☺️
Hi ....Liz.....I like your videos too much,,,,,because it gives me so encouragement about utilizing my time carefully...Here is Najma.😊 Love from Pakistan ❤
I appreciate your kind words! The binder can be any A5 6-ring binder, but the one I show in the video has been discontinued. However, here's another one I also own, and it’s very similar to the original one: amzn.to/3BuYJfH
Ah, great question! I go into much more detail about how I approach using a sticker in this video at the 10:16 timestamp: ruclips.net/video/y4y5eJKt7No/видео.htmlsi=4NOY7ttTh1WoQuPM&t=617 I hope this helps! ☺️

I didn't understand what you said about stickers. Can you elaborate or do you have another video about this?
