But how to reproduce this effect on skin? Would it be possible for you to show how to proceed on synthetic skin?

Yeah definitely! I plan to do a bunch of tattoo demo videos in the future, but they take quite a bit of time. I’ll be sure to add this to the list.
In the meantime though, I can try to answer your question here. When you are tattooing, you don’t have access to layers or blending options such as color dodge, so you have to build the color transitions yourself. At 9:08 in the video I go over a few examples of how artists have successfully created glowing effects in their work on skin, so you can see their different approaches.
There are limitations to what we can do on skin, but if you have the proper values (how light or dark something is), proper color choices, and proper contrast, then you should achieve a similar effect to whatever you’re seeing in your reference.

@@tattlogic When I saw the video I directly thought of the Dragon Ball tattoo when it turns into Super Sayen and the effect would be great for the electricity that coats it but how to do it?

@@maitreferu Yeah it might be easier to just demonstrate it that to explain it haha I will try to get some tattoo demos up on the channel as soon as I can.
