About Teleport:
I have no idea if I was *just* out of range or Teleport legit saved me from losing the round, but I went up against a Ram recently.
I believe both of us were on low health, or in my case, one super would beat me, but Ram was 2 hits away from death.
My succubus was *IN FRONT* of Ramlethal. I rushed in, completely forgetting they had meter and their invincible reversal. They do it, and then, for some reason, my reaction was to teleport *IN FRONT* of Ram (so I moved 5 inches closer/farther away, idr exactly) and the super whiffed.
Again, not sure if I was *just* out of range with where the succubus was when I teleported or Teleport gave me a few frames of invincibility just as they reacted.

You are correctly, teleport has 9 frames of invul, but it has 16 frames of startup, and also 19 frames of recovery after its complete.
While I'm super glad it worked, you were very lucky to get it off when you did, as its not really a great option for getting that invulnerability.
Unfortunately, the only reliable way to get invul as Testament is to learn the PRC timing on their Overdrive Super, Calamity One, and can be easy to mess up and cost you two bars of meter if you do it wrong

How would you recommend Axl players to play against Testament?
Stay grounded, get ready to anti air iad jh, don't rensen nor 2H in neutral (they usually bait it to jump in). Don't press buttons on your way down. Don't attack right away while stained. Jump block arbiter if it's not meaty (so u block both options).
Your best counter pokes are 2p and 5p. Safe meter for defense.
