Having worked in Mumbai to learn the quintessential Mumbai street food, vada pav and pav bhaji, Lakshminarayan moved back to Bengaluru to set up a small eatery, Sri Ganesha Bombay Vada Pav Stores 15 years ago. Located on a busy street in Seshadripuram, North Bengaluru, this store seems to have built a tasty reputation for itself over the years catering to the neighbourhood's pandering for Mumbai style street food. I drop into this eatery to taste the vada pav, a kutchi dabeli, samosa, and the erstwhile Mumbai mill worker staple, pav bhaji.
