Hello Sir, Do try the Vada Pav at Sagar on Dr. Rajkumar road. That's the best vada pav I have ever had! My husband's from Mumbai and he too swears by it. I am a big time vada pav fan and I haven't tasted such good ones even in Mumbai! The Vada pav at Sagar is an 11/10! The mango milkshake is delicious too and so is the pav bhaji. The chats and tawa pulav are decent. The place so crowded that they have three seperate seating areas and each area would have a waiting time of about 20min! The place is open until late night and is always crowded even on weekdays!

Good morning dear Kripal 🙏 The Title of the Vlog itself has made me go drooling 🤤 Mumbai’s famous snacks in Bengaluru 👌True that it’s raining and I already had quite a few Vada Pavs ( especially the one near Kirti College ) and a few others in Ghatkopar, Ville Parle and Thane 😀😀 Simply fabulous camera work on the close up shots 👌👌 Wow , the owner Vanitha is proud that their VP resembles the world famous Mumbai VP 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Yes it’s has to be a Ladhi Pav if it has to even come close to Mumbai VP 👍 The Dabeli Masala seems to be quite dark unlike the Mumbai / Kutch Dabeli. Will definitely visit this place when I am in Bengaluru 👍 The preparation of the Butter Vada Pav seems to be perfect 👍 The chef’s style of incorporation of the Aloo masala with batter is perfect 👍 Now for the most important part ; review by our maestro KRIPAL. The butter VP is truly glistening 😀 Happy that it’s passed the KVA taste test 👏🏼👏🏼 Vada Pav needs to be spicy . In fact I load my VP with Spicy Garlic chutney and chase every bite with a fried and salted Green Chilli 😀 Butter VP has got its own set of clientele. To be candid I prefer the regular one but once in a while also dig into the Butter VP 🤤 The Dabeli seems to be truly loaded with the Masala , peanuts , chopped onions , Pomegranate kernels , date and garlic chutney and topped with some good thin Sev 😋 My daughter prefers the Sweet Dabeli as compared to a Spicy VP 😀 Possibly the Samosa sat on your table for a tad longer time and hence missing the crispness that one would associate with a good Samosa. Loved the preparation of the PB 👌👌 Just feel like diving into my TV screen right now 😀😀 Nothing to beat a fresh , hot and scrumptious PB 👌😋 Your expression says it all and glad you loved their PB . Yes you are spot on with the story behind the Pav Bhaji 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Do they also offer Masala Pav ? Wow wow what a wonderful Vlog 👏🏼👏🏼 Thoroughly enjoyed this Vlog and trust me today I am definitely going to have a couple of VP in the evening . By the way my offer is still valid to take you around Mumbai and take you on the best VP tour 😀 Take care , Stay safe and Healthy, Happy Eating 👍👍 Much love and respect ✊🏻 God bless 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hi Rajesh, I hope you enjoy your vada pav evening. The dark colour of the dabeli masala, I guess, is because of the manner in which they roast their masala, which in itself is quite spicy. Hoping to get to Mumbai sometime to taste some iconic vada pavs for sure. Cheers!
