15/15. I gasped when I saw S. Barber on the list because I am familiar with only fraction of his oeuvre, but the Adagio is such an iconic piece that probably every seasoned music lover will recognise it. The rest wasn’t difficult for me. Thanks for the opportunity to test my memory!

Guessed 13 correctly. Got the Vivaldi by style couldn't place where it was from - likewise the Handel but forgot it was from Ariodante. By the way the title of the that Handel aria is Scherza Infida not Infilda. These quizzes getting more challenging - keep them coming.

I recognized the Haydn theme because I once had a music theory assignment where I had to harmonize that melody in SATB style and then write a variation on it for at least three instruments. Didn't know Brahms had a similar assignment, though!

This one was not hard at all. However I missed the the full score because I confused Handel with Vivaldi.
Baroque... I tell ya, sounds all the same. So only 14 out of 15.

The main thing I have learned from these is that I'm awful at remembering titles and even composers😅 Half the time I recognize the piece, but can't connect it with a name - although at least I'm okay with guessing the right era!
I'm also unsurprisingly not doing great with opera (not my cup of tea) and I'm better with the pre-19th century stuff. That said, a lot of my exposure to classical music happens via church choir, so if you ever do one of these on masses and other liturgical music, I probably would be more in my comfort zone😊

12/15 this time. I should mention I listened in a loud and distracting environment, but that is hardly an excuse.
Did not recognize Berlioz, heard of Scriabin but never heard anything by him so did not recognize, and Telemann tricked me into thinking he was Bach...(I am a little bit ashamed of that as a former - very long ago - trumpet player). But then again, it is more fun with a bit of challenge!

Maybe you should put an interrogation mark for the last one, so the composer can be either the last remaining name on the list or another one behind the question mark, unrevealed till the end. Or put extra names so we can guess the last one.
