Hope this post isn’t too long. In 2006 I saw my mother watching ghost hunters, my wife and I soon fell in love with it. Our oldest daughter (who is now a teacher) was 11 at the time also watched it with us. Our youngest daughter when old enough to understand it now watched it with us. So, my parents, myself and my wife, and two daughters, 3 generations of family gathering once a week for uninterrupted family time, and about 15 minutes of excitedly talking about the episode after it was over. I can’t articulate how special those nights were together, and I just wanted to thank you guys for that. Trying not to get too sappy here, but family time got harder and harder with work, school, stuff around the house, etc etc. Ghost Hunters was the one show that brought us together no matter what was going on. Love you guys and thank you for everything.
It was a time when you could set down and put the day aside for a little while and have just a moment of television that was not filled with foul language or a show where the underlying subject matter dealt with sex. Ghost Hunters was the original, and they made you feel like you were right there investigating with them.
This post isn't too long because of the lovely subject matter you included in it. I'm an original fan from season 1, episode 1. Unfortunately no family to watch with me, but that's okay.
That’s awesome to hear! I can relate just in a different way.. Ive been watching form the beginning as well for the last 18 years or more, and now I work solely in the paranormal field as a psychic medium that specializes in the paranormal and we just started investigating. I do a lot more than that in my work, but it’s bc of Ghost Hunters and Adventures that intrigued me and inspired me to understand what i was experiencing and how to help others. ❤👻
I feel like the world is more normal when Jason Hawes reports on the paranormal- I love this format, feels so much like the old show from the early days- the only thing missing is Dude RUN! and an angry Jay! lol
I agree. Honestly I've always kinda wondered what happened to Brian Harnois, I don't think I ever heard anything about why he wasn't in a lot of the investigations after the first few seasons
Jason’s voice is so calming I could listen to him all day. It’s soothing and I think the spirits respond to his calming voice as well . Also well done on your videos no bass drops no phone app, just simple investigations ❤ you also play the things you hear back for us so we can actually hear it as well
I really appreciate the fact there's no background music or dramatic sounds put in during editing..makes for a better investigation..I love your content Jason 😊
It was great to see Sherri investigating again with you! along with JV and his son this was a great episode thank you again for bringing this to us. You guys are histerical!
It's really more so that we replay the evidence twice for viewers. And sometimes the bigger boost has a lot of ambient noise & can be more annoying to listen to ... but we'll keep experimenting with the format. - JV
Just love how you both work together , the explanations and history and you don’t make everything paranormal like some do , and all the angles you show on your evidence , When is the next one on ? I can’t wait .
We LOVE seeing Shari, my husband and I loved her on the show Ghost Hunters, she is just so beautiful, gentle & sweet the way she interacts with the other side. Glad she could make it to the show!❤
Shari !! So good to see her again! Great investigation Jason and JV. I think James should tag along more often. Thank you all for the history and location.
A beautiful old place. Quite active . Great to see Shari and to meet James. Jason you love giving all your friends some sarcasm. Great fun and great investigation. 😅
What a great investigation. Both nights were equally interesting with a lot of activity. The second night with James and Sherry added a nice touch. I have to say, though, I love the light-hearted humor between you and JV. The basement with you, JV, and Sherry working on the battery was a real hoot! I had tears from laughing with you guys. Love these investigations with the take of only 2 people, no others. It brings a whole new twist on the creep factor. I became a member tonight as I love the work that you n JV are doing. Looking forward to next week. Much love from Northwestern Pennsylvania ❤.
Hi Jason, I'm so excited to find you on YT! That's where I heard you mention Seasons 14-16 that I had never seen. I've been a Ghost Hunters fan since Day 1. I just finished watching Seasons 14-16 on Prime/Discovery Channel. Those are the BEST episodes yet! Love the Team and format of the show. I'll be catching up on your YT videos. Hope ya'll have another Season of Ghost Hunters soon, but meantime I'll be watching you ghost hunt on YT! Take care and God bless you and your family.
What a great investigation!! Jason, JV, you never fail to impress- from your professional working relationship, down to the amusing antics of friends, I love watching you both! Bringing Shari and James Jr. into the mix made it a nice change, especially what they both brought into the investigation. I, like everyone watching, I'm sure, would LOVE to do an investigation with you all one day! Keep having fun, and thank you for everything you do for us, your fans.
Loved this show, do good to see you and Shari working together again, just love your playful banter; she’s such a good sport😂. Would love to visit this property, beautiful😊.
I absolutely love how you cover those that were pre-colonial colonial and revolutionary. I am related to Samuel Gorton the founder of your town in which you live. I am the 9th generation within the Gordon family line... I appreciate your work within the New England area. I hope all is well on your end especially with the Jacqueline mess. Thank you for showing us the history of our country
Good evening, very familiar with this house and the history and over the years those who maintain the house still don’t honor the Wampanoag. They talk about the Oliver’s and sprouts etc and yet the Wampanoag tribes are discussed very little and how they stole their land. It’s sad to see this story still being told over and over and the most impressive people on that land were the tribes first. One day those who tour the house will finally get it and truly honor the Lands back to the originals and it wasn’t the Oliver’s Peace and love your work Mr Hawes

Your the only paranormal investigator that I trust at all. . I did ghost hunting long before ghost hunting
I love that you are real and just real honestly
The fact that you checked with neighbors about fireworks says ALOT. Many “investigators” would have just left it in as residual canon fire.
