Such an interesting deck profile, I love themed decks like these! Have you thought about cards like Mataza the Zapper? In combination with the Weather Report combo it theoretically should get 4 attacks because it gets an extra attack for each battle phase specifically. Also some good direct attackers are Altergeist Meluseek and T.G. Drill Fish for that extra removal, especially since Meluseek doesn't target or destroy. Ultimeat Offering is also a really cool card being able to give you 3 normal summons at the cost of 1000 life points, and it being continuous means you can do it every turn. Anyway, love the deck, this is the type of yugioh content I like to see!

I would probably swap out the "direct attack" monsters with Ben Kai OTK style monsters, and of course some equipment for them. Imagine being able to attack 3 times per battle phase with multiple battle phases.
maybe consider adding in scapegoat along w IP, 2 link spiders or 1 and a linkuriboh, and an Avramax for an easy access to a strong boss monster that can help supplement your lock down since you have so much extra deck space to fill
I would be surprised if you win a single duel let alone even resolve weather report. I would love to see master duel footage of a winning duel though, it would be legendary to win with weather report
It has crossed my mind to add Weather Report to a deck because a more than zero amount of times this card has burned me and I didn't have an out to it and it just pissed me off. Weather Report would the ultimate troll but the double battle phase for 1 turn is just not enough of a pay off for a card that will almost never be able to resolve.
Also a fun 2 card combo is an unfortunate report with mystical rough panel. It has the same effect as your combo. Also if you want to search for swords of revealing light use triple tactics thrust. There are ways to search or even place weather report on the field but it might give it away. You also might want to add floodgates to slow the game down
Maybe you should consider Yata Garasu? Edit: Now that I think about it more using Yata will strangle someone into using that SoRL since they're unable to have any kind of drawing power. I mean it's worth a shot right?
guys...never play a card opponent gives you. nothing good ever comes from that. only exception was exchange in gouki gumblar deck where exchange was used to remove handtraps. aside from that it has always been for plays like this. dont take the bait. dont even set the card
Clockwork night is better than orichalcos since it decreases your opponents monsters by 500 as well as boosting yours by 500 and it has a slight floodgate effect by turning all monsters to machines which might hender their strategy. Doesn't have protection though but then you could use a small albaz extra deck package with decisive battle of Golgonda. Also, I wouldn't use Margin trading at all as it gives them insight to your deck as well and they will clearly see WHY you're giving them swords of revealing light. Kind of the same with Gift exchange. They will be very suspicious as to why you are giving them swords and might not activate it. The other strategies seem more random to the opponent and might fall for it.
Time table morganite sounds kinda good. And mb put the card out that lets your oppponent look thru your deck. Feels kinda bad if you are playing a suprise strategy

The card power of the guardians would give your direct attack monster equiped with it a boost in its battle stats
Yugioh is sooo much more fun with just goofy strategies and fun instead of netdecking the top tier combo meta decks

This goes beyond an "EDOn00b's finests" deck . This is a certified "Glitchless Any% Surrender Speedrun" deck.

Have you thought of playing the Morganite spells? There are 2 and both seem to synergize well with your concept!

What about Inaba White Rabbit? It's a direct attacker, and If your opponent ends up with it and they play it, it will return to your hand.
