Can we get down to the foot of the fall where the jeep takes of we go trekking?
Not possible at the foot as river waters have current and slippery pebbles make it too risky. Better take keep help.

@@riteshmule7727 via rail track one can go to midpoint only. Guard patrol at the base of the wf. Best approach at the base of wf is by jeep ride.

Trek at railway track Dudhsagar point isn't banned but going to Dudhsagar waterfall without safety jacket is banned.

No charges to go to the half way or railway track. Water fall point.

No guide needed, just keep on walking on tracks. About permission, when we went, it wasn't necessary.
