3:47 Don't forget that having all that extra money from merchant allows you to stock up on the one use elemental attack items (in the shop that opens up at night). There is a version for each of the elements and *it allows anyone regardless of archetype to use any elemental attack once* The items also always deal *fixed damage*, so 100 fire damage item will always deal 100 fire damage even with resistance and can be only negated or reflected.
Turning the knight archtype in the back row with high evasion is a great strategy if they can't use pierce or an inherited technique. It also helps to start all characters in the back due to ambush or hard mode or regicide so that they don't one turn you part as well
The heal does not scale with the magic stat i dont think. Im pretty sure it scales with weapon damage. I know its weird but low magic stat supports can heal just aswell
I just beat that tauros boss and I've used all my items. This game is really challenging because I don't have any mp items and normal enemies are so hard to kill. Is there a limit on how many archetypes a character can get? My MC already has 4 archetypes and I'm not sure if its a good idea to get more at the beginning.
As long as you have the MAG, you can get archetypes and inheritances as much as you want. Get more if you think you need extra skills from other archetypes to inherit. Medi's a good skill to pass. For the tauros boss, Jump Thrust from knight is a good attack for damage, it drops defense too, so when it charges up, it won't use Frenzy.

Provoke Knight with high evasion sounds neat, I'm thinking of comboing it with the Gunner passive for evasion $_$
