The reason that the back windows automatically roll up every once in awhile is because there's no driver in the seat and assumes that the key may have been left inside. To prevent people from being tempted to steal the car or generally snoop around, it rolls up the window, so it looks like it's fully secured.
1stly I think we can stop saying post a comment down below. Because youtube has shifted the comments to the side. (which I hate) In favor of putting other video suggestions below instead of on the side. 2nd, it is nice to see a vehicle reviewed with open eyes and not a "grumpy"mentality about it. Obviously it is not perfect. tech. is fussy everywhere. Which is a shame in a vehicle because it could really boost the reliability card on german vehicles going EV. I think the HP for a limo version is over the top ridiculous. Fun for the driver no doubt. Be a kick to take to the drag strip sitting in the back as your driver wipes the track up with other racers.
Why does every car journalist make the same ignorant comments about these types of cars that they are meant to be used with a driver? I have had several S-Classes, never had a driver, not a single one of my friends, colleagues or neighbors with S-Classes, 7 Series, A8s etc have drivers or have ever had drivers. I had a neighbor who was in the NBA that had a Rolls Royce Phantom and other than his brother driving him to games in it sometimes even he very much drove that himself most of the time. You all watch too many movies. LOL
People with disposable money will buy this so their kids can watch TV. Yeah, getting a driver (unless you hire a full time driver to travel with you and be ready just doesn't make sense... That seems hard to do) Most people will drive this themself, and possibly use the TV for kids.
Hopefully there's a lockout for the rear controls or junior is going to have a blast folding mom in half so he can go into super super recline mode all the time.
These poor plebeians are just going by how carmakers prioritize rear seat comfort. They should hang out more in your circle. But I am guessing you won’t let them in your country club.
I think that a lot of people probably have difficulty reconciling the idea that the most luxurious and well appointed seat in the car, isn't designed for the person who spent a massive amount of money on it.
Additionally, Americans love independence, and driving yourself in your own car is one of the highest forms of expressing it. I think in Asia, the moment you make any type of real money you hire some village servant to do any yucky peasant driving for you.
looks like something in cyberpunk 2077
Kinda looks like something "futuristic" as drawn in a 90's or early 00's Batman cartoon.
And bruce wayne would be comfortable in that back seat!

The roof glass is Electrochromic, great video fella 👍
But does not open for ventilation. Useless.
How was that color picked out ? Don't see it in the build options ?

Huh mine are still down below
If i was a limo driver one of those would make a great limo if it had a glass partition so the customers could get privacy.
Not all limos have/need partitions.

I was wondering if TFL might order a Mach-e Rally. I sure would like to see it in action!
The myth, the legend & the man returns to videos! Haha.
Cool techy car, but that front end not a fan. Cheers Kirk
What made the design of the BMW so controversial?
Why are there things in the back that look like exhaust ports? That seems weird for an EV.
Never tell your audience what you're not going to tell them. Just tell them what you want them to know.
It has the all the elegance of a teenager’s gaming computer
Automotive depiction of 😤
Lurch would feel right at home driving such an ignominious contraption. Truly gross.
no
You could have had a V8 🍅
How can you give it gas?
Wise guy.
🔥🔥
Only electric car I like.
Great video presentation really not so great subject.
This car must be made for the blind.
If Roman thinks the tech is a bit quirky now, just wait a couple years, until stuff starts screwing up! It's BMW guys! That's what's going to happen!
Its brand new and already glitchy. You saw how the door sometimes don't work.
nice polyester upholstery
💥💥💥
This thing is just freaking ugly
That is like, your opinion, man.
From every angle. But it is a thing of beauty. From an engineering point of view.
Front looks worse than the Cybertruck.
The grill looks like Trumps next house, a shiny jail cell. Don't know why they persist with that hideous look
I used to like BMW. This is nothing I'd like to own. High price. Bad performance. I'd take any Tesla any day.
Eww
Cars like this will never be exciting. Sorry
But it will always be comfortable.
You lost me at battery
Remember when limos used to be classy and elegant?
They still are. In fact, more today than ever e.g. heated/cooled massaging seats? That feature was a dream not that long ago.
