I think he should have said "when I was in my twenties" or early twenties...
When you get a bit older especially times that were hectic and weird can sort of blend together, especially if you're using drugs or something (I wouldn't be surprised if he did some speed, uppers are very common in the body building scene, they let you pump iron like crazy and when combined with steroids you can get huge gains in short time, also drugs are supper common in prisons, makes the monotonous routine and other much more horrible realities of prison life a bit more tolerable)...
As a former drug addict I can tell you much of my late teens and early twenties seem like such a mess, I often have trouble pinning down the exact year some things happened unless I think really hard, start thinking about what other things happen before and after it, who I met etc and I may sometimes have to ask some of the people involved or people involved in things that happened close to it when exactly that happened... So I actually find that thing very understandable

I as well as many others have been to jail because of a women's actions.
Pi i knew a guy who was dating a girl and everyone thought she was one of these good girls from a small town etc and this happened like in 2005 or 2007 i dont remember the year but the thing is he took her out on a date and the girl asked the guy to park near a lake so that they could just pass the time basically. So the girl starts bringing up these weird stories of how she wont be able to go to college because of money issues and that her family didnt want her to go and the guy was telling her that she could work and pay her way through it. The idiot girl ends up getting mad out of the whole situation and then started accusing the guy that he wanted to rape her. So the fight broke out but the guy never touched the girl, never even did anything to violate her while they were by the lake and the girl calls the cops and she tells her side of the story and the guy tells his. So this guy goes to jail for 10 years because the cops put him in some weird conspiracy theory of raping girls by the lake while the girl got money because she was emotionally traumatized and shit. The guy was a good guy never did drugs, never sold anything illegal, and basically was just caught up by the woman. That was the story back then. Their are girls out their that will do anything to live the good life. The guy eventually got out and god only knows what happened to that girl afterwards. If you know shits about to go down even before it comes you better be around alot of witnesses or bring a friend etc. Guys really need to be careful.
