He is not bargaining from hardworking roadside vendors, as many of them do.
Many people feel ashamed to bargain in branded stores but feel free to bargain from street vendors.
In 2008 I saw him Mysore road( sundahalli or something I don’t remember,) he stopped on roadside to buy jackfruit from roadside vendor. Gave him rs 500 for one fruit and refused to take change.
He know where to bargain and where not to.

Well bargains is not the issue every body does it. the way he behaved is rude. The most important thing is he was buying on taxpayer money, he was hospitalized in Singapore and took a trip to Malaysia for rest his bill was more than 1 crore paid by the Govt of Karnataka.
