3 Parathe is definitely good diet for young Indians especially for Northen side... what else can we eat if not Paratha??? It's our food let's eat it. Also makkhan is not bad at all.
I eat everything but balance it out, i have cut sugar from my diet instead use honey drink haldi ginger water in the morning and do yoga and i lost 5kg in two months.
Me active hu or in 5 type me bhi nahi hu ...i go to gym eat home cooked food,no sugar, less oil , no junk food no butter 😢😢...but I am loosing my weight very slowly ..i see changes after so many days 😢😢
