My grandma loved the color pink so much that my grandpa painted the house pink. They had a white fence and a white trellis in the front with different color roses. It was so cute! ( They also had a pink sofa and a pink rotary phone lol!).
I’ve wanted to try Flowerbomb Tiger Lily but I haven’t gotten a chance yet. I love Flowerbomb and the Ruby Orchid flanker is pretty too!

I have it. Opening is fantastic. Drydown has nomade DNA but it kinda reminds me of a lighter Libre le parfum as well. I can't wear original nomade and edt absolu flankers, or Libre for that matter, all decluttered, but this one...this is my Nomade. Lasting power is average of which i'm actually grateful for. 😅

I think you’ll love L’Extrait. It took me by surprise. Initial impression, was just “good,” didn’t plan to buy it, but the dry down is great. It is like a middle sister between Iris Absolu and Oud Bouquet. I went back and got it, wore it a lot this winter. I love to layer it with Iris Absolu.

I 100% agree with you about fragrances that "just smell good" what is wrong with that?! Us fragrance lovers have tried so much that yes, we have a tendency to chase the next best unicorn, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with liking designer fragrances or just any fragrance that isn't something totally new or different! They just smell good! Love that!!! Thank you for calling that out! I am also super intrigued by the LVEB L'extrait too!!! I wanna blind buy but I'm scared!!! ❤

So many releases that my head is spinning😄. I tried the latest Born in Roma. Must say I quit like it! I haven't tried the other ones you mentioned but I'm looking forward to it. Specially the CH Good Girl, Tiger Lily and the new My Way. I don't mind a moderate projection in a fragrance too much. They have their time and place. Personality enjoying the scent it's what matters first for me. Thanks for sharing this video! I enjoyed it as always.❤❤

So while I have always been attracted to my power house 80’s-90’s collection, since I had covid in December, I have had a hard time wearing them (not sure exactly why). I bought Miss Dior Parfum on a whim as I was at the Saks counter with a gift card, and after one spritz they had me hooked. I don’t have enough experience with it as of yet, but it seems I was attracted to the sweet fruitiness and yes it does have lasting power. Like yourself, I had never purchased any of the Miss Dior collection prior but I was certainly hooked with this one!! Thanks for the review.

I ordered the travel spray of the DBIR Green Stravaganza, tried it twice, and became a bit obsessed. It has the BIR DNA, but it's light and fresh and GREEN. It definitely (to me) smells like the color. I ordered the full size this morning. I've also been curious about the new Flowerbomb Tigerlily. I am NOT a flowerbomb girl, but I do looooove tropical style fragrances, and based on your description, I'll be grabbing a travel size ASAP. Thank you!

Yes! The whiffs of smell in the air and smelling the point where we sprayed can be SO different! I've seen some fragrances get a bad reputation from people sniffing the atomizer or sniffing where they sprayed. Like Givenchy Hot Couture only smells like ash when you sniff the spot sprayed. Also so many other concentrated ones like DUAs and Kyse Perfumes.
Exactly! Sticking our nose right into our wrist is not an accurate representation of a scent experience (and yet we continue to do it - myself included 😬).

I’m deliberately staying away from sniffing new releases, my poor wallet needs a break😂😂. However, I have picked up Prada Paradoxe Intense after sampling it😍😍. Jadore L’Or really took me by surprise, it’s so beautiful but not in a rush to get it😍😍. I’m supposed to be on a slow buy so I’m trying to be strong albeit difficult🤞🏽🤞🏽. Love the Marc Jacobs Daisy Wild!! Bought a big bottle as soon as I sprayed it on in Ulta!! It's light...fresh...zingy fruity...green floral!! It has an almost sour(in a good way to me!!) Light candish floral note in the opening! The more you wear it, the more it's exactly like walking through a field of wild flowers!! It lasted all day on me and was a pleasant journey all day! The perfect spring/summer scent!! The bottle is refillable so hopefully that means this is going to be in their main line and not limited edition!! That bottle though!!!😍

I felt very compelled to try Green Stravaganza even though I don’t have any DBIR in my collection. And I’m glad I did. Husband and I both liked it so I bought a 50ml bottle. It does smell green to me, not smoky as some have said.
I was equally interested to try Flowerbomb Tiger Lily. I do have the original and Ruby Orchid. I was less impressed with it. Nice but not necessary in my collection. If I bought it, it would simply be for the pretty bottle - I love the color.
I'm waiting for a Stravaganza tester bottle to come to a local store. Looking forward to trying it! I understand about Tiger Lily. I enjoy the Flowerbomb line - it has special meaning to me. 🥰🥰🥰

Miss Dior, I had Cherie back in 2005 ish and adored it to bits, then I lost connection with this line until 2016 where I was stunned by Absolutely Blooming.
Black Opium Over Red: I agree with you, is exactly what I wished the OG to be. Did not care much for the fleeting Cherry...but the Extreme version remains my absolute fave for that coffee note.
J'adore L'Or: after almost an hour, on my skin, I got this combination which I love (Alien the OG+Armani Privee Rouge Malachite).
I was gifted a 250ml bottle of Dior Bois D'Argent and I am really underwhlemed 😶😔...if I layer it with this new flanker of LVEB I can see myself enjoying the combo. Thank you for the inspiration

I never liked Lancome fragrances, much less own one, so you know it must have been banging for me to get it. I’ve tried it and loved it I think it was due to the ylang ylang and vanilla combo. I got a creamy edge to the florals I think due to these together. But I agree the price is so steep for a designer!! In New Zealand it is almost as expensive as Chanel or Dior. I am so sad at how expensive designer fragrances are becoming! Some niche fragrances now are cheaper than some designers

I have the original 2005 version of Miss Cherie Dior and recently decanted the last 30ml. I am down for the new Miss Dior and interested in purchasing it. I am NOT down for chasing fragrances that have been discontinued nor do I stress out about it. I am just a lady that loves to smell pretty whether it be niche (when I can afford it), designer (when I can afford it), or dupe/inspiration. Thanks for the information on the new fragrances. It's nice to have a variety to choose from. 😊

That Miss Dior was a no! It was so pretty for 20 mins with the top notes but after that it turns bad. very patchouli forward but in a cheap masculine way and its synthetic and it doesn't last and smells like a wanna be Coco Mademoiselle.

I might try Flowerbomb Tiger Lily. I'm in a tropical fragrance era. I got Jimmy Choo rose passion on sale. I've been reaching for Une Nuit Nomade Murmure Des Dieux: heavy yellow florals. They're so uplifting.
What are your thoughts on Jimmy Choo Rose Passion?
@@VeronicaSays Jimmy Choo Rose Passion is a light, fresher coconut. An inoffensive, suntan lotion type of smell. A good spring/summer day scent. It is very wearable, like a "dumb reach," fragrance, since it's not dense, thick, or heavy.
I'm interested in Mancera Amore Caffè but I might wait untill next fall for it.
Also interested in the new Elie Saab Girl of now Rose Petal for spring and summer. It's probably "simple" like the My way nectar, which I LOVE! So I don't mind that 😂
I don't mind simple either! Simple is sometimes exactly what I want for the day. 🥰 Amore Caffe is one I'd like to sample also.

I like a lot of these scents, My way nectar, tiger lily, burberry, LVEB iris, black opium over red, i have samples of them all and made myself wear them for a week before i could get a whole bottle of them. In the end i only bought a bottle of tiger lily, and will try to get 10ml decants of the other scents. 🌿

Overall happy with my fragrance collection but always need more anyway. CH Good Girl Blush was on my next to buy list (have the OG) but then heard about the Blush Elixir so waiting to try that and then decide between those. Haven’t liked Miss Dior or any of the My Ways so would try them if I got a sample but wouldn’t go out of my way to get my nose on either of these. I did get a sample of Givenchy Irresistible Very Floral. Still testing that but do like that so far. I haven’t been a Lancôme LVEB fan but interested in the Rose flanker. Also somewhat interested in the new Chloe.

@@VeronicaSays I only have a small sample of Irresistible Very Floral so haven’t sprayed a lot on myself- just a wrist. Definitely stronger than the OG. I get a predominant sharp note for several hours. Not sure if that is the woods or something else (patchouli?). And for that reason not sure if I like it enough to buy a bottle. The OG seems to smell more floral to me. Initial impression is that the Very Floral was not what I expected.

I’m planning to get some of the perfumes I wore when my husband and I dated and married like Euphoria and Romance (I already grabbed Lovely which I wore in exclusively for probably the first many years of our marriage). It is our 20th wedding anniversary this year and he rarely comments on my perfumes almost ever but he mentioned he misses those old perfumes from early on. I do too after he mentioned it.

I think it could pass as a niche in a blind sniff test, in a good way :) (lately I've been so much into niche that forgot how good designer fragrances are). I'm noticing a low buy trend amongst influencers - I'm so happy about it. YT definitely contributed to the shopping craze, everybody now has a collection, not just one or two fragrances.

For Her Musc Nude by Narciso Rodriguez is one I want to get my nose on. I like the new Miss Dior a lot. I wore old Miss Dior Cherie on and off for years. The Green Tea in OG Flowerbomb really shines on my skin. I used to wear Daisy when it came out and Dot with the cute lady bug bottle. I think Marc Jacobs is fun. We are in the same camp when it comes to the Burberry Her and the flankers. EDT won my heart. A new release you might like is the VS Bombshell Glamour. I picked it up while it was on clearance.

I smelled Daisy Wild at Sephora yesterday and it came home with me. Wearing it today and loving it. Does it remind you of Cabotine? It makes me think of it. I haven’t smelled it in years so I’m not sure of my memory is messing with me

Plus the bottle! 🤩 I don’t care what people say. They are all hidden in my wardrobe and not on display. Tacky or not I love Marc Jacobs bottle. They bring joy, right?! Reviews are so personal and confusing too… with a large collection I’m now aiming for over 8/10 perfumes. Space (and budget) is limited here and I’m avoiding 6-7 ratings! 😉 Have a great weekend!

I got the travel size Tiger Lily. I like it. I get the florals heavily and it's beautiful. The coconut is brief and fleeting for me, and I didn't get mango. I'm going to get a mango or coconut body spray to layer.
I also feel like some reviewers are down on designer fragrances and just call them all 'boring.' Niche is all the rage.
Yeah. I don't understand the "all niche" mentality. To each their own, I guess. I like a lot of different fragrances and refuse to be boxed into any category. More designers for us, I guess! 🥰🥰🥰

Hey Veronica ! I’m excited for all the new releases . I sniffed and sprayed miss dior parfum and was pleasantly surprised how much I like it . If you get a chance to get your nose on or even blind buy the 2017 J’adore L’or it’s incredible ( different from the new one as I have both ) I have la vie est belle iris absolu and the versions and they are amazing .
I’m most looking forward to Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Florabloom forte as I think it might be lovely for spring or summer . Have you checked that one out ?

I'm glad you liked Flowerbomb Tiger Lily, especially since it holds special memories. Having scent memories are very dear. The Dior I can't smell bc I can't smell amberwood. Any perfume with it smells incredibly thin, like it's missing a huge chunk of the scent. I'm just anomic to it, it's sad bc a lot of great sounding fragrances have it as the base and I just can't smell them. Lovely reviews. Edited to add: If you Liked LVEB Absolue, you'll like the L'Extait. It's very Iris forward, the oud is woody and easy to wear, tiny bit sweet but nothing like LVEB. I'v heard this is Oud Bouquet light but with Iris. Not to me, no syrup here. It's a good solid fragrance that's very wearable, classy, suits a lot of occasions and I love the bottle. But I love Iris, and its iris forward.

Miss Dior 2024 is a strong perfume. I live in northern Michigan and it's cold here. the first night I wore it,two compliments right off the bat. It does project and it's way stronger than people think it is.. I agree with you, but I do love this perfume. it's better than the last one. MFK did this one right. I also love his version of the Jador.l'or

I have a 5 year old Elie Saab le parfum .It is still nice.I kept my fragrances in their boxes so far.But it started leaking when sprayed.

Hi! No, I don't have a video on it. The best advice is to keep them in a cool dry temperature controlled environment, preferably as dark as possible or at least away from sunlight. Hope that helps. Sorry your bottle leaks. I hate it when that happens! 😔
