Manouvre is a bad doctrine, spec or stalwart is objectively better. But i can admit you are actually good.

no it’s not, it’s one of the best early game to cook up other nations if you know how to use it

@@Agent_Wheel its good for capturing cities but bad for combat because steel division and stalwart are equal strength, but steel div is 3x more expensive
