My wife threw down on this one. Very simple ingredients and came out absolutely fantastic.

Topped with mozzarella cheese, @centofinefoods San Marzano tomato sauce, basil and prosciutto.

Took only about 1 min to cook. Rotate after 30 seconds, takes 1 min total.

* 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
* 1 teaspoon white sugar
* 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
* 2 ½ cups bread flour 2 tablespoons olive1 teaspoon salt

Looks good! Mozarella like that can release a lot of water. Was the crust soggy?
It was nice and crispy. But the top was watery.
If you’re careful and don’t put too much the water is usually manageable. It’s only really when you put a solid layer like you do with regular shredded mozzarella that you risk it getting soggy.

Those are some huge ass chunks of mozzarella…. They looked like they barely melted. And in my own personal opinion when I do Neapolitan I would have liked to see a touch less. By the looks it it those things were like a friggin quarter inch think. Seems like it would be overpowering. Need a good balance
in italy we don’t use fresh mozzarella, it have to dry in fridge to avoid the water effect

@@thegh0stproject701 A style of pizza like that has to have small bits of mozzarella through out, and for larger pieces should be placed on basil to keep the water from fresh mozzarella making the pizza soggy.
Cheese is good no matter what.

This pizza looks great but you don't need olive oil on the crust, that'll only make it burn more. And don't put tomato sauce all the way to the edges. Also cut the mozarella a bit thinner and maybe more into some chunks. What matters at the end of the day though is that you enjoyed it!

Yo never put basil on before cooking a pizza, always after. Seriously. Basil is an aromatic, it tastes better freshly sliced pulled right off the plant than any other way on a pizza. Always put it on AFTER cooking

You shouldn’t add that much mozzarella on a pizza like that, fresh mozzarella makes the pizza soggy.
Put big pieces on top if basil and the smaller bits all around the pizza.

U need more Charing on the edge crust melt the cheese more and the meat you have to make sure you dry it out or at least don’t have it like that make it semi room temp and raw or crisp it up a little bit apart from that good job

pizza looks good, make sure to cut your mozzarella a bit smaller as it can release water when it’s in huge chunks !
Try making dough balls and let them rise for at least a day. I tried it a few weeks ago..makes a huge difference. It came out amazing

The cheese looks barely warm, and in blobs. That's how you know he can't cook, you're supposed to shred it or cut it in pieces, so it can melt properly.

@@djw07 im 💯%🇮🇹 born and raised in Bensonhurst Brooklyn ive been to Italy and Napoli in particular the birth place of pizza 5 times you will never see huge round quarter to half inch round slices of mozzarella on a classic Margherita pizza because like i said it wont melt properly a classic Margherita is cooked fast on a wood oven at extremely high 🔥
