What are your computer specs? That cpu is relatively low given how many plugins you're using. Mine would be fried!
Maxed M1 Max 32gb ram MacBook Pro , definitely not the fastest by today standards but goes pretty hard still

Are you using the Clip to Zero method? a lot of tracks are almost redlining
In the modern digital world if master isn’t clipping, you can redline tracks all you want, there will be no clipping .
