I finally made it back to explore that dirt road I ended up on in January of 2024. What an awesome road. It still needs a lot of exploration! Thank you to everyone that watched my channel in 2024; I really appreciate you all very much!

Had head shake with the RallyZ ? Had them... found no head shake issues. Interesting thing is that I've never heard of any head shake on KTM 790/890 (?). Only thing on the rear is with the center rubber strip, don't go in snow or ice... slip-sliding away. Also have an MotoZ Adventure (BMW 310 GS). Good tire, but not as smooth on the road as the RallyZ. Might try the Dunlop Mission tires... last forever but they are really stiff in the sidewall (BMW 1200 GS).
You will 'feel' any pea gravel you go over. Let a little air out off road. That was a great ride !

Yeah, on the ride over to have the tires replaced, smooth as silk. On the ride home, sketchy as heck. On the freeway that is and at freeway speed. The RallZ catch every rain groove and don't like to track straight. Also, above about 60-65 mph there is a pronounced headshake. I have often wondered if maybe the front tire is defective. But, I don't fault the tire, it is an 80/20 tire and meant to be on the dirt and it's awesome there. Also, it did settle down (just a bit) after I had 500 miles on it. Bringing the rebound up a couple clicks did help and the Scotts Steering Stabilizer removed it all together. Thanks for the tire recommendation, I'm always interested in what is working for other people. Thanks for the comment and Happy New Year!
