- Just some messing around with the new flying update for the Unreal version of StarbaseSim which is available now on ko-fi and Patreon.
This is not very realistic of course. But we can improve on it.

Amazing to see that pitchover is now available!!!
It wasn't even that hard. If it wasn't for the multiplayer stuff, it would have been finished much faster. With this update, taking care of multiplayer took more than half of the time, maybe even up to 70% or so.

@@Blake_Sears the daily text updates were just an experiment. I couldn't really do this with adding media or I would have needed to do a lot more posts at least. Evaluation of this soon.
Else there wasn't just a whole lot to see during the latest development cycle until the very end and I don't like to show the unfinished stuff. Even though the current update is quite unfinished itself :D
Ayy look its the first Launch of starship!
In the first launch the clamps held together the ship while it was spinning. It's the opposite of the first launch

Not really as it's a flat earth still. But you can go very high up if you want. There is just not much to see^^
I mean Startship is still technically saveable if they can stabilize it and preform a succsessful bellyflop landing

Starship would be too overloaded with propellant to generate a twr more than one
And by the time it burnt that fuel it would be under water so its akshualy not possible

@@Goofyspacenerd they could do an emergency fuel dump in flight if they want to land it

And its impossible
The only way to dump fuel is through vents which takes time
