I'm gonna tell my own experience with subs, I have been using it for 2 years and things got bad. I used subs for everything like "crush subs, family subs, friends, main character life, pretty voice, self love, mental health, social anxiety). while I was using this I got obsessed with my crush, I always wanted to talk to him 24/7 and got frustrated when I didn't, I adopted an aggressive behavior, got PMDD that causes anxiety, hopelessness, lack of appetite, sadness, depression and anything that's bad, I started to hate my mom and also got in big fights with her (my mom and I were best friends before). had the worst birthday in my life (using a birthday subliminal) I always attracted friends but they were always in a bad mental health or perverted ones and they always lasted for 4/5 months. got extremely jealous at any one and everything. I was also manifesting a glow up and I got it, I got prettier and cleaner, I also manifested material and they manifested too and I had no problem with that. BUT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH LIFE 💗every time I was trying to manifest happiness or anything good for my mental health I got opposite and negative results.. after a while I stopped manifesting and using subliminals in general because everything went down hill. I was always thinking "why is everyone so happy?, they're not using subliminals but they seem to enjoy life. and I do use subs and I don't enjoy anything AND MY LIFE SUCKS" 😐now that I have been free from manifesting and using subs I feel different. I do feel a little "happier" but I noticed that i am still anxious and I have problems with breathing (that was probably from a sub that I ever listened), I feel no happiness, motivation or joy in life like I did before and my life was soo much better before using all these subs.. honestly, I wish I never found out about subs because they ruined me mentally and physically and I lost lots of amazing friends. 😭 Now I am praying for god everyday, I prayed for > confidence, mental health, fearlessness, joy and happiness in life, to return my soul back in to my body and to cure my breathing problem. I noticed that things are slowly returning but not 100% 🌱 god is now my last hope, and i'm definitely not gonna use subs again after i got a taste of them.. pray for god if you are in the same situation as me :(
Omg i same, i’ve listened to all kinds of subliminals and turned out to be a completely different person. My friends,family,… didn’t recognize my changes but my physical and mental was badly influenced. It took me almost over 2 years to gain my old self back. I started using subliminals 3 years ago when I was 13. I used all kind of subliminals (weight loss, slim nose, desired face, ...). At first I thought they worked just fine and I was happy.
Now, after all these years, I've noticed that I got opposite results. For example, my nose is way bigger than it used to be, my shoulders are wide instead of narrow and my whole body is very asymmetrical now. Perhaps puberty is the cause for these changes... But I cannot help but think that the subliminals I listened to over the past years, are the REAL cause for my drastic (negative) changes in appearance. I started wondering what I would look like now, if I hadn't used subliminals. I started wondering if I would be prettier and more confident if I hadn't used subliminals.
Now I only wish to erase all results I got from these subliminals and look how I am supposed to look.

I felt really welcomed when I entered the comments and saw how many people also suffered with the world of subliminals. I am also one of them, the worst mistake a person who is entering this community can make is to listen to audios because they hate their own appearance, and I was that person. I always had a lot of insecurity and low self-esteem, I hated myself so much that when I discovered subliminals I became obsessed, to the point of believing that I would only be happy if the subliminals worked, I became so obsessed that I developed anxiety that turned into a panic attack, my parents were desperate because they had never seen me like that before. I ended up developing depersonalization because of this, since 2021 I have been like this.. but today I am better. I am here because I made the mistake of listening to them again, but I am afraid of subliminals nowadays.. it ended up changing my whole life. I don't want to discourage people who still listen, but my biggest advice is don't listen to the audios if you hate your appearance, don't despise your true appearance, because that can go very wrong in the end. :(

I’ve forgotten who I was for a long time. Mirrors became an alternate reality for me that my mind always seemed to escape to. For the longest time, I’ve tried clinging to my old self, now I’m able to look in the mirror and produce no negativity emotions anymore. Your video helped me rediscover myself.
I no longer understand myself. I feel so dependent and insecure. I've been using subs since 2018. The community had good vibes and I got my desired results. But over the years, I felt like I got too dependent. Like I need to listen to subs to be confident and sociable with people (and that not listening to it would mean disaster to me). There are so many instances where I got praise from others for being pretty and put together (but they didn't know it was all because I listened to a sub playlists i designed accdng to how i want them to see me). I don't want to be that kind of person anymore. One that I tailored to fit how others would want to see me. I want to be genuine and sure of myself. I want confidence that I'm sure I received because I deserve it and not as a result of subs. It fucks you up overtime. It's a great community but you need to be mentally stable to only manifest what you only truly desire. I'll be leaving the community for a while. I will be back when I'm stable and sure.
Edit: I used this on loop last night and when I woke up, I hadn't felt so clear minded in years!! Thank you. I'll be listening to this at least twice a day to make sure all results will be removed. The clarity this gave to my mind made me cry.

I felt like I needed to share… or tell my story. I’ve always had body dysmorphia and my body is naturally “curvy” or “thick” but I always felt like I needed more. I’m already super short but I always felt I needed more. And that’s when I found subliminals. I used some for my body parts my facial insecurities and my height. I regretted it when I saw how different I looked because I hated the change. I cried so much and that’s when I realized I didn’t need to change anything about me I was already beautiful and if I could go back I would. The real problem is when you realise that your friends and familly finally start treating you good and even to give you a little much more attention than usually, and start to behave kind and for the first time they start listen to you...only because you listen subliminals... Do not use ANY subliminala but your own and maybe a flush or two by others you trust. Kapelsu's flush is the best one I've discovered but still gives me neuralgia and anxiety.

I commented before saying you have to listen to this constantly t… So you don’t have to keep listening to this Just once is enough it will work by itself can be confusing because it will look like results are coming back but they’re not it’s just doing parts of the affirmations
Example if you did a sub for face it’s not going to do your whole face at ince it’s going to a bit if your eye a bit of you cheekbone a bit of your hairline and other things surrounding this works fast but slowly so another example if you did a sub on your legs it will remove but by bit not like the sub did altogether but a bit of your leg each one at a time,
I advise not to do any other subs when you’ve done this sub because it will just remove that and long out your process of the test being removed

I am having an identity crisis because of subliminals.

Umm so i tried a forced subliminal for getting money, a bf and enhancing my b**bs.
I started seeing results of all 3 but my pet parrot and dog met their sudden deaths. Both died within 3 days. They were perfectly healthy before their deaths. I have a feeling that this was the price i had to pay for seeing the results to these forced subliminals. I am really scared, what if one of my family member is next?
