I just love your videos. Full of great information, and so artistic! Enjoyed the birds chirping and your beautiful cat just strolling through the garden.
Thanks so much for the lovely feedback 😊
Need a video for September too as I'll go back to my home in September and will grow alot of plants in my small room
You can still plant a few varieties for September 🙏🏻
@@SpicyMoustache 👍😘
Your positivity is infectious. Fabulous information! You’re adorable❤
I ❤ your channel, so informative.
I live in southern California and it's so hard to grow anything that can stand triple digits for weeks on end. Shade cloth isn't an option due to winds and rodents are amazingly abundant. Gophers are outta control here. Have to grow everything in cages and raised beds with gopher wire underneath. Thanks for such a clear and amazing explanation of how to grow everything!🥰 14:45
Thank you very much! That sounds pretty challenging and congrats for managing that harsh conditions 🙏🏻
Two layers of wire cloth didn’t stand a chance against the rats that appeared last season courtesy of messy neighbors so come March I’ll be putting 6” of pea gravel underneath all of my 13 meters (42’) of raised beds. Love your channel
I'm in northern California here. today it was 110 degrees. I've done a lot of potatoes, peppers and onions. I usually go for pots for the gophers, and for the mice and deer problem, I know it sounds crazy but peeing around my plants keeps alot of the animals away😂
if you plant the right things, you'll have few problems growing in the heat. if you plant sweet potatoes, okra, the right squash, melons, cherry tomatoes, amaranth, etc., you'll have an abundant garden. if you are planting spinach, lettuce, beefsteak tomatoes, etc. - you won't have much of a garden.
@@3_1st_namez6 luv it - this solution cld b used anywhere
Living in a slightly colder climate, but going to try planting the beats carrots and spinach today.
Give it a go mate. Worst case scenario, they might fail and you will learn a lesson for next year :)
Ok In the ground. Whether they yield or not Im happy just chillin next to my garden in the sun and breeze. Sure beats doom scrolling - get the word out to the kids 😉
I've been gardening for years and years, and I love watching your videos to see what we do that is similar, what we do that is different, and everyone's different gardening style. It's SO amazing to see your channel go from your back yard into a large plot of land! I hope one day I will be able to do the same thing so my kids can experience the large gardens and beautiful landscapes, and put away a bunch of food so I can share with my elderly neighbors as well. One day! For now, I will enjoy your amazing garden and all it's beauty!! ❤❤
Thank you for your amazing content! I've been gardening for years. My grandpa always kept a small garden and passed that love on to me. Now I'm passing the love to my own grandchild. It's so much fun learning new and rediscovering some old tricks. You have inspired me to learn more about companion planting and exploring a few new veggies. ❤❤❤❤❤
So encouraged to go for it! The soil needs amending in the plot where a garden would grow. Currently it's raw, mulched ground. I'll limit myself to mostly cover crop there.
Yet, trying out some radish, carrot, lettuce ... in a few containers, sounds like success is possible.
Thank YOU for the beautiful, inspiring content!
Sincerely, Charlotte, NC, USA
Thank you Charlotte and defo go for it 😊
Thanks bro, I just started out filling and setting up our garden. I only bought 2 books in my life (I'm 38) a survival book 1 time I was in the army and now yours my 2nd and I am treating it as my garden bible!
I told you once in a short, make a book and I buy it straight, and I did bro and I can tell I am enjoying reading every word of it. My wife can verify how happy I was that I ordered it and receiving it. It felt like Christmas as a little child when I received it.
You are gold bro, you are making the world a better place and you will have many people that will join and your book/channel are an amazing guide for everyone, great job! I also have my plans which involve a bio gardens and thanks to your help and guidance they become more of a reality which in their turn will help other people walk the same road of making the world a better place.
I am from Belgium and I hope once we can meet so I can tell this to you face to face.
Best regards, Bjorn.
I'm waiting another week. It's brutally hot here so I delayed starting autumn crops.
I got your book in the mail last night. Looks awesome, I do like how you crammed so much information and topics into the pages.
Thank you so much for ordering the book 🙏🏻🙏🏻
I’m in Texas impatiently suffering through triple digits days dreaming of a fall garden. Direct sow apparently is going to be my best friend. I’ll be recording in a journal. This will be my first fall garden & going to try spinach, carrots, peas maybe sneak in some radishes. I just received your book and am completely enthralled with your content. Thanks for sharing your garden love & knowledge with us Alessandro😁
Triple digits? What does it mean?
@@dannyesse3043 100+ Fahrenheit
Its 100+ degrees everyday, ranging from 100-108, so far this summer
You’ve been a fab inspiration for my own allotment. I’ve learnt so much from your videos. Would love to see a video on what you would sow in your polytunnel to over winter. I have one and I’d love to make best use of the space.
Congratulations on the one million mark, well deserved 🎉
Good stuff, and I'll certainly sow a ton of beetroot. God bless.
Great to hear 😊
I really love your advice. It has been so helpful. Thank you for doing what you do!
No worries. I’m happy you liked it 😊
Dude, the plot is looking INSANE! So cool! Also didn't know about bolting. Gotta get some of those salad leaves going!
A great reminder to keep planting and enjoying!!!!
Love the vibe on this one bro, so good! Gotta get some of those plants in within the next couple weeks.
Thank you bro I’ll bring you some seeds 😊
I've only been with you a short time but learning so much.
Which proves that seasoned gardeners are never to old to learn.
Thank you so very much for the knowledge.
Smiles 😊
It was lovely to meet you at Carnival yesterday.
All the best.
Great content. Keep up the good work, and Happy Gardening 😊
Thank you. I am so grateful for your videos ,as they and my tiny garden are therapy on days off.
Have a wonderful day and God bless
Thanks to you too 😊
Where I live in the Uk we have had just none stop rain. A few hot days but my tomatoes are not ripening yet. Is that ok for this time into the season
Unfortunately, that is a common issue for everyone but unless the plant has blite, it’s all good to wait :)
@@SpicyMoustache thanks will do. They do look really healthy at the moment. My last two years I have a problem with blite.
Garden looking great and love the knowledge for you family you provide. Didnt know some of it. Always love seeing your preserve jars of goodies in your videos.
Your garden allotment is so beautiful 😍
Thank you for another great video 👍
From India this question specific we have lot of herbs but in citys like in mumbai and banglore we dont so like mushroom or herbs can u tell me terrace and balcony gardening please reply for that
Unfortunately, I don’t know how is your growing season and temperature fluctuations throughout the year
Great episode as always and thank you for the intercropping suggestions.
I’m moving back to the east coast at the end of the year (currently in Los Angeles) and I plan on making a good size garden at our house in an attempt to become more sustainable and self-sufficient. Very happy that found your videos. I will be relying on them every step of the way!
Everything looks so lush and green.
Always enjoy your videos. I was thinking of what vegetables to plant for a late crop and you have answered my what I can sew. Thank you so much for all your hard work and all your wonderful videos!
Thank you, I got really sick this spring and I couldn’t start my garden like I usually do and I was so sad. I’ve never tried growing autumn veggies, but I have quite a few seeds that would work. Again, thank you!
Aw sorry to hear that and I hope you feel good enough now to start planting some stuff 😊
Your passsion is your work❤
Love your enthusiasm! And this was perfect, will plant some of those immediately!
His joy pulling colorful carrots made my day! ❤
My favorite garden channel! Keep it up your content is pure and good. Don't follow the others you are leading the charge!
your videos have made me so interested in producing continuous sustainable crops and i hope to have my own small garden in the future. thank you for the videos!! ❤
Just moved into a new house with a big garden, looking at your videos for inspiration, very cool dude!
Thanks for all the tips, very useful! Love your videos !
Your videos are packed with information keep them coming tks.
I wanna grow tomatoes 🍅
Unfortunately, this is not a good time but it all depends on your climate 😊
probably the easiest thing to grow but a bit late for this season if you're in the UK
Growing tomatoes is part of life in the South.
@@SpicyMoustacheCreole tomatoes, That's what you want.
@@kejadventures241 open air? In the UK?
When I visit London next time, I would be really happy to buy some products, produced by you, if only you give such an opportunity. Some seeds for my garden, maybe? 😉
I really needed this video, thank you
😍😍appreciate all the work you put creating and sharing this video😍😍thank you
Thanks, that means a lot 😊😊
All my tomatoes were dying so i got them out today. I put in some green beens. Fingers crossed at least to see some leaves. 😅
Yea, you will defo see some leaves and potentially pods mate 😊
Another great video packed with a ton of information
Beetroot leaves are fabulous in soups 🍲 😍
Interesting - i steamed them ( -pretending t myself they were Chard) and they were nice
You know what? I am a college student, but I will do exactly same as you❤❤❤
Great video! I will sow some more in the garden today and fill up some empty spaces with carrots 😃 thank you for the great tips!
Thank you for sharing..your doing really great ..house garden and the new plot....
Thanks man Iv started mr own grow have about 10 tomatoes plants watermelon blueberries raspberries, but you’ve inspired me try new things
Congrats on 1m! Really love your content and would love to own a garden some day
Would be cool if you open shop selling not just seeds from your garden but all type's of stuff you made from your garden. Oils, balms etc....or anything food related as well. RUclipsr's can sell t shirt's and coffee mugs but you selling natural healthly product's would be dope af
That’s a super cool idea but most of the times I end giving it all away to friends and neighbours 😂
@@SpicyMoustacheI was going to say it would probably take away from the passion of what you do. Seems that happens when you take a hobby and make it a business.
I'm sure this channel is fairly lucrative on its own to where you don't have to make it a business and are able to give your seeds and plants away to friends and family.
Your just awesome 👌 bro! Kind regards Ben from New Zealand 🇳🇿 😊
Great video dude ❤
Ciao Alessandro, complimenti infiniti per il canale, per come comunichi e per il milione di follower!!! Grandissimo
Thanks for this, I got some rainbow chard seeds last week ready for next year on my new allotment, I didn’t know I could plant some now
Love the tips❤❤❤
You’re awesome! Thank you.
Thank you

Love your channel❤ you have the best tips ever! ❤
Your uploads are very enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent advice! You never fail, handsome!
Informative but not boring🎉🎉🎉 thankyou 😊
Hello from Michigan USA
Hey 👋
Great video. And love your book 🙏
Thank you very much, I appreciate it 😊
I love beet greens it's like Swiss Chard, I also showed my wife your tik tok and she subbed on it, your work and garden is amazing
Super interesting information 👍🫶, thank you 🙏 💜😎
I've been to London, and many other cities, but WHERE in the world ,in London, does it look like this! My God, your overhead shots looked like very rural area. Fantastic use of space, info ,unbelievable amounts of knowledge, skills and abilities, or KSA s as we say in Navy! Ha! Miss Portsmouth harbor, God bless you dude, I will enjoy more viewing, for sure!
I appreciate YOU❤
Very interesting videoxx
that garden is so beautiful it would be a dream to work on a garden as big as in the begginging all day
Fordhook Giant is the best chard. Rainbow chard is pretty, but tougher. Been growing it for over 55 years. Too many people tend to toss the stalks, which are the best part in my humble opinion....😉
Beautiful Place’s 😼🐺
The uk weather is crazy now, so much rain and hardly much sun. My tomatoes are still green but will definitely try spinach, beetroot, and may try some watercress.
Congratulations again on your 1Mill viewers!❤
Looks like vegetable gardens are very popular where you live
Thank you for the ideas, un abbraccio della Toscana 🌱
Grazie mille 🙏🏻
august where i live in Texas we haven't seen a night cooler than 80 degrees Fahrenheit in almost a month
Wicked!
GROW WITH LOVE❤
I sow parsnip yesterday for the winter. Hopefully it goes wel
Oh ima go plant Kale 😋
Great choice!
Lollo rossa regrows brill after cutting the head.
Yep, I didn’t have any other example tho 😂
I like how this guy is a mix of tough and positive if that makes sense 😅
great vid big fella, my only switch on this is id prefer turnips and swede where you slotted in oriental salads, but hey i only grow veg i love to eat,,,, thats the joy of growing your own food 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
you make gardening so much easier, thank you!!
Regarding the carrots, does the water push through the wood when I water it?
Hola ..felicitaciones por tu premio y tu bella sonrisa 😂 estoy en invierno .
Muito obrigado 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Love your videos! As a fellow Uk-based urban gardener I was wondering where you get your seed module trays? They look good and sturdy and potentially longer-lasting than ones I have bought in the past!
Carrot tops are edible. The thinnings can flavor soup or fresh salads.
Yep, that’s why I said it in the video 😊
Started my onion patch. First time planting anything 😅
Haha wonder how much more i can squeeze onto my London balcony.. few more herbs wont hurt right?! 😁
Never enough haha
Can you grow veg in vertical planting bags? I dont have much space but would enjoy growing in the space i do have 😊
Spicy moustache can u make a vid on how to revive just alive plants and what to do when you come back to your garden 🪴 after a long time
Very helpful information, what about lovage?
Can you make a video please about the fruit trees? When and how to plant them. I know many of them are to be planted in autumn, so maybe it will be very timely
You use very old seeds they seem to work your gardens are fab
Thank you for the video. This is very informative. How far into the fall can you continue gardening? Until the first freeze?
Yep and even further if you leave plants in ground to overwinter like carrots and beets :)
Hola, en la zona de mi país donde vivo llueve mucho y aveces tengo problemas con mis cosechas pero lo sigo intentando gracias Saludos Desde Costa Rica
Keep trying and I’m sure you will succeed!
