Rev Dan Cooper briefs health service delivery front-line and program-level leaders about the public health benefits of well-designed spiritual care services within palliative, hospice and end-of-life care delivery models, especially with changing patterns of religious and spiritual affiliation in Canada; this is an archival presentation for educational and on-demand reminder use principally in Canada; Canadian educational institutions do not need to seek additional permission to use this material within smart classrooms or to cite it for use in course outline documents.
