FAQ: "I am only earning so and so per hour, why am I earning so little???" This question arises a lot, so here are some solutions as well as some frequently missed things: 1. Grind in a private server, make sure you are the ONLY person in the server. This will usually fix most of the issues you are encountering. 2. Having a sign with 100 signage 3. Rejoin if server load consistently stays above 30% for prolonged periods. (ex. 50%+ for over 15 minutes)
I added a 2nd floor ABOVE the FRONT parking lot. I stacked elevators in the empty corners next to the bus stations on left and right sides of store, for customers to get up. I use this to sell instruments, 2 of every instrument, if you go from corner of bus station (elevators should be placed here at each side ) to the other corner of other station, you will have room for a financial advisor desk, trash cans, 2 self checkouts. Add awakenings around walls for decoration and hanging plants around top elevators. Add security cameras and security walkthroughs infront of elevators. The only extra workers needed from the video are +1 security, +1 financial advisor, +1 janitor. The 3 restockers keep up and the cargo helicopter delivery driver keeps up. Hope this helps someone expand a little!!

I was planning on adding an extension and it was in fact not financially efficient so I had some extra workers but I fired them. Upon what I've observed, it didn't really create much of a difference as to the 2 workers since I'm still earning decently.
Does more managers mean more supplies bought? My store keeps running out of supplies pretty quickly. (It's not a storage problem since i added a few more than in the vid, and not a driver problem since i use heli. Items bought are just not enough. Driver keeps making less than 2000L trips and the supplies run out by the time he brings more.)

@@TheGobblerGlizzy The layout has enough parking spots to accomdate every customer. If there are too many parking spaces, some might not be used and it would be a waste of money.
When selling items, it is based off the category of items. Exercise equipment and game tables happen to fall under the same category as small and large furniture. If you don’t sell every item in a specific category, customers will complain that your store dones’t sell a specific item. Hopefully this makes sense.
I don't get why you said the second upgrade costs 2.3m when the video only showed you spending about 1.5mil(excluding the floors and the edge pieces) which were the two bus stations and the helicopter
The 2.3M upgrade includes the helicopter as most people at this point in the game have not purchased the helicopter. It costs about 2.3M because the store is about 800k, 2 bus stops are 1M and the helicopter is 500k.
If you are talking about not have a perfect 5 start raing on crowdedness, that is perfectly normal. For the crowdedness, it should hover around 4 stars.

Both mine and Real_Roem’s endgame layouts are great money farms. If you want a store that makes more, then I recommend you to use my layout, however Real_Roem’s layout is still pretty solid.
The server load should hover around 30%. If it goes over for a little bit I wouldn’t worry about it but if it is always above 30% by a huge amount for long periods, then you should rejoin.

I found myself to make less when expanding the store to 2 floors which is why all my layouts are only one floor.

Con confirm, this works, I use the mid-tier expansion(added 3 cashiers though) and make 375K+ an hour also have 10 money trees.

How long did you test it for? The mid tier should make around 335k/hour.

For this layout, I would recommend having 2 managers set to 200% stock to prevent running out of supplies.

What happens if I change the helicopter for the Airshi and the long landing pad.
The frequency at which the items are delivered are less frequent. The helicopter delivers less overall but will come to your store more often.

It takes a few minutes for the delivery driver to deliver stuff to your store.

It maybe because you are in a public sever which is causing you to make less due to server lag. Use a private server instead.
