Royal Commission for Riyadh City - الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض

An Institutional office building that combines the existing building and the new extension of The Royal Commision for RIyadh CIty. The aim was to reflect the vision and aims of RCRC (previously known as Arriyadh Development Authority) which revolves around integrating a dialogue between contemporary needs and the cultural heritage of Riyadh city. RCRC has played a significant role in contributing to the urban development and heritage preservation of Riyadh City with its values of preserving the city's historical and unique identity.
The project is situated in the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh adjacent to the award winning Al Kindi Plaza. The new RCRC building comprises state-of-art facilities, conference rooms, a library and many public & semi-public spaces with a total built-up area exceeding fifteen thousand square meters.
