SPICY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP | PF Chang's Chicken Noodle Soup | Hon and Hon

Inspired from P.F. Chang's chicken soup, the Spicy Chicken Noodle Soup is one of our favorites. The flavor gives you comfort and absolute warm feeling, especially when you have a sore throat. There is nothing any better than this spicy chicken noodle soup!
INGREDIENTS
1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut in long strips (cooked)
Cornstarch (use to coat the chicken)
1 cup white mushrooms
1/2 cup tomatoes
2 to 3 tbsp cilantro
1 thumb fresh ginger
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 quart water
1 to 2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
Sriracha sauce to taste
1 lb udon noodles
Lime zest to taste
