Facts. It doesn't help to have a pussy society that protect these types of arseholes. I remember in the 90s Tango had an ad campaign where a dude would double hand slap people around the head and it got banned because it started a massive craze in schools with kids ending up with permanent damage to their hearing. Here's an idea: Instead of pranks, why not go around doing surprisingly nice things for random people? Then everyone's happy and you still get your hit of attention.
It's called "random acts of kindness". Unfortunately they are far less popular because a)they require far much effort, brainpower and empathy to do properly b)there are still people doing them so ostentatiously for clicks that all the kindness evaporates from the act instantly.
There's heaps of content creators doing this and frankly it is almost as bad as the prank content. It's cringe and exploitative and insincere.

- not result in property damage, unless you cover the cost
- generally have implied consent, because the person you're doing it to thinks the prank is funny.

When I was 13 I pulled the emergency stop on a train because I thought my friends would think it was funny.... same reaction too. I ended up getting put in a police car and driven home. I was also banned from the trains for a year and given 60 hours of community service where I had to organize a thrift store warehouse for 6 hours a day. It followed me around for years.... After that summer we all went to different schools and lost touch so I basically went through all that to impress a couple of strangers.
We all make mistakes, hopefully no one got hurt ?
I made a similar mistake too. Too long of a story to explain but many similarities and exact same outcome. It was good though because it made me into a more honest and humble person.

Arrests are made based on probably cause. Police aren't obliged to fully investigate every story they're told before making arrests.
They arrive there and they can arrest for public order and vandalism of the TV as well as carrying an offensive weapon. Possibly tresspass if security tresspassed her at that point.
If she later proves ownership, that means the vandalism / criminal damage charge gets dropped.

Look at WW2 Hitler wanted to unify Europe under his rule, fast forward 80 years we got the EU dictators mandating farming bans and picking fights with Russia and forcing NATO onto their doorstep...so all those millions died for nothing but a political game. Note the EU biggest economy member is Germany. Also remember no farmer in Russia started any war with any USA farmer or British farmer. It is the elites and politicians using you as a pawn. Military service is not honourable just makes you pawn for their games.
