Kelsey generally improves any Minnmax content she's on. Though they definitely caught a nice break in shopping what looked like a really excellent store.
Make this a continuing series! Kelsey’s knowledge and expertise, Dan’s good nature and Ben’s enthusiasm all rock. Can’t believe this wasn’t done a year ago!
Kelsey's concentration while going through this store is so endearing. Loved the insights she provided on the practicalities/logistics of operating a game store. I do tech support for retail locations in a different industry, but it resonated
Hey I was just in Gamerheadz a couple days ago putting up posters for VGM CON! I picked up Malice on PS2 and Crash Nitro Kart for GC while I was there. Tony, the manager there is always fun to chat with!
I don't know how Ben Hanson can look upon that cornucopia of UMDs and call it boring. For shame! Amazing video, such a great pick for New Show Overflow; would definitely love to see y'all do this with other game stores.
Looks like I was mistaken, the place with the hilarious reviews are from Mr Zeros in Roseville and not Legacy games in Rosemount. Please go read the reviews for Mr Zeros though, from trump supporter claims to awful puns its all there! 😂
I can somewhat explain the mysteriousness behind the rock band/Guitar hero equipment. To boil it down to a basic answer though, Clone Hero. Pretty much each game had a slightly different guitar and some (mostly the xbox ones) are compatible with Clone Hero on pc. The one that is the most popular is the original Wired white Xplorer Guitar Hero Guitar. That alongside the new Fortnite mode and enough time to pass for people to get nostalgic for those games is a perfect trifecta of a sudden spike in sales for those things.
I had that gun metal MGS4 PS3 and loved it, then Dark Souls 1 overheated it and broke it and I had to buy a new one. Think I still have the console somewhere though cause I couldn't get rid of it lol
Should've checked the price on that Gregory Horror Show (PS2). I always wanted it, but it goes for a pretty penny these days. (I game hunt a lot and you never see it in the wild, ever!) Also, missed Fromsoft's Otogi 2 (XB), and Gunvalkyrie (XB). Really would've loved to see the price for the Little Nemo Dream master (NES), another great game which keeps going up in price. Other favorites i saw were Cool Spot (SNES), Bart's Nightmare (SNES), Lost Kingdom 2 (Fromsoft) (GC), Folklore (PS3). Can't believe the lone Sega Saturn game was Blazing Dragons, lol! Terry Jones of Monty Python fame helped create it and did some of the voices. It's a point and click adventure game where the dragons are the good guys and humans are evil! (You would've had fun with it Dan. I see you have a Saturn since Mr. Bones was on your list. Amazing game!).
Ben if we were selling boxed PC games that didn't include cd keys or whatever was needed to launch the game I guarantee you at least half of them would get returned. That's a large part of why we don't carry them either
More retro gaming stuff with Kelsey is great content
Enteratining and highly educational.

I'm glad you guys are able to follow through on ideas that you're passionate about, even if they don't win on New Show +. This was great!
oh good! I missed when they went outside for New Show Plus. It's really what made MinnMax special to me.
"Do you got your quip ready?" is one of the funniest. Such a cozy fun vibe with these lovely folks.
That looked like a rad game store. Definitely do more retro game hunting videos!

Tony seems like a nice guy. Great show! We were wrong to kill it.
I love this content! Dan/Kelsey, great stuff!! More please
This video was so fun, even though this was New Show Overflow I hope it’s considered for future polls!
I love everything about this. Having watched PGG Streams for years, this is the perfect idea.
I'm always happy when Kelsey is on MinnMax content. But retro gaming stuff especially hooks me!
wow..3 stores and counting. I live in France right now. When I travel to Washington I certainly will visit Kelsey's stores.
@4:41: Dan goes to "gamer heaven" despite his devilish ways, lol! 😇😂👹
I'm always fiending for more retro/collecting stuff to watch, so this was such a jolly time!
yesss love retro game hunting
@37:36: Upon hearing about retro video game prices, Ben unexpectedly transforms into Christopher Walken!! 😂
Ben is right! The world needs this show, Kelsey!
Also, Level Up Games in St Paul as well Hastings are 2 stores I would recommend checking out if you haven't done so! 🎮😊

It's so weird seeing you guys in my local mall...the pizza place there has some decent arcade machines btw!
Legacy Games in Rosemount, MN is another game store worth checking out. It's small but packed!
@@joeyisabsb1 Haven’t heard anything about that! The employees I spoke to seemed nice. 🤷♂️

I withdrew my comments so no one gets the wrong impression about Legacy Games since that place was great!
Always good to see the old GI team!!!
The animal crossing music sets the tone perfectly
One of my coworkers told me about this store, so we went to check this place out, it was really cool!
If youre looking for N64 cib stuff the last place I saw some were at Hi-Score in Blaine MN. This was maybe 2 months ago.
Is that 2 cheese-based injuries for Dan this year if you count the mac n cheese bathtub? Dude needs to be more careful!
RIP AND TEAR: Cheesesteak Edition.

Can’t believe people didn’t vote for this

25:55 it looks like a game that teaches simplified Chinese “Kingdom of Pinyin”

Love going to Pink Gorilla. New Capitol Hill spot is dope.
ooh boy that mall looks empty.
I would love more of these kinds of videos and anyone who says otherwise can not be trusted, Kelsey is awesome!
loved this seeing a gamestore and hearing kelseys experiences and insight is so fun! ^_^
yes 👍👍
Yeah, whoever said 'Nay' to something like this is whack.
What if a horse?
A horse with fingers!?
@@Chicken008I grew up near a power plant.
More of this please 🎉
Awesome video idea, hope this continues
Really appreciate this video!
Oh well hey thanks for saying so!
I have a CIB copy of Rule of Rose! Still trying to find a copy of Kuon!
Definitely my favorite show on this channel. Hopefully we get a second video
this was really cool
I know the exact place that Dan got that hot cheese business from and it is DANGEROUS
I’ve been there! I check out IMAX movies at the theater in that mall. Found the game prices there ridiculously priced
Glad you guys revived this idea.
This video makes me wish I lived in a big city for stores like this…living in Maine nothing even close.. but great video more of this please
There's some cool arcades in the area that might also be worth checking out.
That's cool they moved that store. Last time I was at that mall they were in an old Suncoast on the second floor!
"Video Games Price is Right with Kelsey" (Probably could use a better name) is a great new show plus idea
Dan looks like a bearded Michel Foucault. Yet he's the person the furthest id think of if I were to ponder about Foucault.
40:29 Man, Tumble is so good.
How did none of them know that last cardboard thing was Diddy Kong? It was so obvious.
Thanks for watching MinnMax!
Who's voting against Kelsey?!
Dan used to always bully Ben now he’s always on the channel wtf
They're friends and Dan lives very close to him now.
Doug TenNapel's a cool guy. 😏
