    How to choose what resistor you need for leds for example and how to make sure it doesn't block too much current?

    • @innovationic
      @innovationic  2 года назад

      first you know the voltage and current rating of led then simply use [R = V/I] to get right value of resistor.
      For example if your led is Red 5mm then
      R = 1.8/0.01
      so resistor should be around 180E thats it....

      Generally hub motors have same sensor you can go for A3144 or any 3 pin Hall sensor

    Does anyone know the sensing bandwidth of the A3144, I would like to use it as a tach for a bldc motor, which is 920 kv running at 12V and has 14 permanent magnets, as such it should pulse around 2.5 kHz. Can this little guy move that fast lol

    • @innovationic
      @innovationic  Год назад

      this can handle upto 10KHz pulses and with proper driver circuit a3144 can rotate fast enough speed

    Hy, i have a question, can you tell me how can i connect a loudspeaker to a hall sensor in order to be able to control volume. The loudspeaker have digital volume control. Thank you in advance for your answer

    • @innovationic
      @innovationic  2 года назад

      you mean to control volume using hall sensor via magnet

      @@innovationic thank you for your quick answer. Yes, i want to control loudspeaker digital volume with Kick Scooter TF-100 Display hall sensor. Can i connect directly to the 3 pins of the hall sensor ? or should i connect on the board?

    • @innovationic
      @innovationic  2 года назад

      digital volume control in your loudspeaker the volume nob is potentiometer or rotary encoder
      according to your system the hall sensor would connected

    I am using this hall sensor with an N channel Mosfter IRFZ44N to run a make shift pulse motor.
    I am connecting the hall's output to the gate of the FET and also with 1K resistor to the supply.]
    It works. But when the magnet passes the hall, the FET turns off.
    How can this hall be wired so the FET turns on when the magnet passes by it?
    Wiring this with an NPN mosfet, its ouput causes the FET to go off when the magnet passes by with the way I have it. I like the opposite to happen if that is possble.

    • @innovationic
      @innovationic  2 года назад

      When you passes magnet A3144 sensor give negative output (if you want to turn on mosfet when magnet passes through A3144 sensor) so you need to use connect the output of A3144 to PNP BJT like BC557 then connect MOSFET gate with 10K pull-up with GND.

    • @alchemy1
      @alchemy1 2 года назад +1

      @@innovationic The hall output to gate of BC557 and then connect the gate of a PFET to where besides it's gate to the 10K pull up ( or pull down) to the ground?

    • @innovationic
      @innovationic  2 года назад

      Sorry it's pull down 10k resistor to GND

    • @alchemy1
      @alchemy1 2 года назад

      I need to connect the PFET to the BJT also. Is this correct otherwise they have no relationship between the two, beside the resistor to the ground ( which its drain also the drain of FET goes to). So do I hook up the gate of the PFET to the emiiter, the collector, the base of the BJT unless there is something else here I am missing?
      And does the 10K resistor connects to the ground or does it really connect to the +VDD where the source of the PFET goes to?

      yes its output is negative so you can use PNP transistor to get positive signal

      just use pullup resistor to your Arduino input or use opamp to get desired output(either +ve or -ve)
