Could you talk about the difference in handling and drivability before and after your upgrades? Great videos, thanks. I love seeing views of suspension parts where the geometry of the part is clearly visible.
Well, obviously it’s night and day because the old stuff was just worn out. The new stuff really is remarkable, its such a great ride around town and on the freeways but also a gem in the canyons. Lots of money but totally worth. Can save money by skipping some of the aluminum stuff but that also might be part of the lightweight feel of the car
Thanks for the reply! I have the same spring kit as yours, it was a difficult cut and grind job. I have a 6” x 6” x 48 inch billet of Al 7075 to make the quick steering arms
Sorry, I sent the other message before I was done typing, an iPad thing. Anyway, I’m experimenting at making the 7075 quick steer arms. I also made adjustable drop links like the Alfaholics ones. I want the geometry kit, but can’t afford one right now, I’m old and unemployed, so look hard for used Alfaholics stuff. I also bought the Wilwood calipers from Centerline. A great purchase for a non race car, or a very light one. Mine’s a 72 spider, and this is the second time in 27 Years that I have done this, so it is already seam welded, and has an old Eraminus frame stiffener. I also have the bearing ant special plastic bushes for the Alfaholics t bar, I also want to make 7075 trailing arms!
I've got two !!!!! Make my own crown wheel and pinion sets at 10/35 . Uprate the power by 30 BHP and redo interior in leather and Alcantara . Man are these good cars
@@andrekardol it's what the factory should have offered . Totally transforms the car into a modern performer . No more 3500 at 7mph , say hello to 2900.
Entertaining video. Owned a 1750 Guilia .. Liked it.. although the Trans was Trash and Steering was too heavy. My subsequent 89 Civic SI genuinely outclassed it in every possible way ... beyond "style" Just a reality dose..
It’s basically their Stage 3 Fast Road Suspension, with the adjustable 2 1/4” Spring kit. Upgraded to the aluminum arms and few other changes. Lots of money but it rides and handles great
What a fantastic car this giulias are!! Nice video, thumbs up, and what nice driving roads.
Thank you. Hope to have a new video soon!
A like for the song and the car

Now we get to see what the car looks like!
Thanks Jim, its a blast

Nice work Fritz! Mine was lots of fun when I combined its good handling with the CARABINIERI stickers and blue light
@@thetumanshow awesome. Great job
10/35? Wow that's long!

What kind of power are you getting from the car? 90’s hp? Did you do any engine upgrades?
Nice nice, so it got better? The handling?
I definitely went overboard on the parts, but the car handles great. Its a gem.. just needs more power!
@@thetumanshow did it still have the 1300 engine in this video?
@@bmxmaster1997 yes it does. I hope to swap in a 2L Nord I have but it might also be time to move on.
@@thetumanshowits insane how well it goes for a 1.3 and how much fun that looks like, you have a great car!
Nice! I tried to go to Dorian, but he wasn’t taking any new customers….
What suspension is this? Alfaholics offers different options.

Whatsup with the missing front bumper? 😀
Long story, much easier to go back to episode 2. 😉
