Use a ladder not scaffolding for the house and rain will make the roof slippy. Give the job to winston and if you find a ladder use it to go upstairs in another house in town thats been broken into.

Loved this game up until the plasterboard wouldn't register so I couldn't complete jobs, hopefully you don't have that issue.
