    Hi Jill, we use ialurill prefill here in Italy. It contains hyaluronic acid and other glicosamminoglicans. It sends many people into remission but it takes time, generally months of weekly instillations. It is the best therapy for people with IC, at least here. I heard other countries in Europe are starting to use it with great benefits. How come you don't have it in the US?

      Excuse me, i am Vrsna and my son(22) has IC with huner ulcers. Yesterday he has 1.iauril instalstion. He doesn't have pain, he has small capacity of blader and frequent urination. Does instalation make bigger capacity to you? Thanks indvance

    I had chloropactine in my bladder. It made my bladder bleed.

      Yep. That's why its not even mentioned or discussed in our national guidelines and hasn't been for more than a decade. I'm sorry that you went through that and would you believe some doctors are still using it. That's why we have to educate so many patients!

      ​@@icnjill Hi Jill I have primary bladder neck obstruction it was diagnosed during cystoscopy but after cystoscopy my problem increased frequent urge to urinate with less urine output and incomplete emptying bladder could you please suggest some better home remedies or any medicine for that
