The idea is that you can simply click directly on to the link, and it would take you to the site. Clickable links normally are highlighted in blue but doesn't have to be. I think what you are trying to do here isn’t ethical - please do the right thing and take it down. Telling people to watch to the end to only give them false information is not a good way to conduct your brand and it leaves people with a sour taste.
