This is the full version but a modern recording, the original master track seems to not be available, or the original version used in s3 was short and not the full version. This new recording is the intended/planned full version that wasn't done back then. For the music change, there was a copyright dispute between the composers of s1-s3 and the first 2 musicals and Rainbow, so Rainbow replaced them with Elisa Rosselli and other musicians since s4 onwards. It's why it took them so long to release s1-s3 OST, and why the BGM will never be released probably. Lucia Miccinilli and her brother, forming the group Cartoon Family, hold the the rights to the songs we got official releases of if I'm not mistaken, and specifically the 1 minute show versions with alternative instrumentals. While the s1 album versions seem to be done by the composers I mentioned who won't let it be released.
