- In the final part to this series all about steak, Chef Joe & Brad take it to the grills! Watch as they grill up a t-bone over charcoal, a tomahawk and ribeyes reverse seared on both a pellet and gas grill AND we sear up a couple of fillets on the gasser for good measure!
