00:28 introduction
01:50 demo: custom synth sounds
06:31 create your own Jean Michel Jarre Pad sound
23:39 create your own Jean Michel Jarre Bass sound

Thank you for this awesome demo. Super well done 👏✔. I hope all is well in Your world 🌎. Mark Bensette Aux Bois 🇨🇦.
Compared to how things look in Pa3X, I'm glad to see the visual improvements Korg made. Thanks for the nice work QR
very good and useful tutorial, Qui. On the one hand labor intensive, but in the end you make your own sound instead of the factory sounds.
Excellent Super tutorial ! I went into this adventure of sounds and wow what you can do ! Thanks again !
Thank you Qui. I followed this tutorial every step of the way and produced the identical sounds. Also great learning how and what can be done to create superb effects on synth sounds. I’ll be digging out my Jean Michel Jarre tracks out to brush up on. Especially Equinox album. The KORG Pa5X can no doubt create similar sounds.
You're the first channel that actually show how to use the synth included in the PA series. It's impressive the possibilities you have with these arrangers. I'm waiting for the successor of the PA1000 to try my first KORG. I hope they will release it soon!
maybe at the NAMM Show in Anaheim 2024
Today I managed to create a filter sweep by using a stereo wah effect instead of the phaser effect. Using the stereo wah effect setting it to LFO. Sounds great for alot of those synth sounds that use filter sweeps.
Would love to see how you created the Jazz Gtr Ld QR and the 12-string guitar, Sail Guitar QR. Thanks for the video.
Great recreation of Solina string ensemble
Basically the sounddesign on the Pa4x is the same, but with a more rudementary layout. Thanks to your instructions i see now how to create my own sounds on my Pa4x.
indeed, most of the pa5x tutorials on my youtube channel also works the same on the pa4x, only the interface is different
Hello Qui. Great demo as always. It is a real pleasure to watch your videos. It is fantastic to discover what PA5x has inside and how powerful it is. I have the strong feeling that Korg has put a lot thought into this device to make an enormous instrument of which all World demos are just scratching the surface of its real capabilities… I would love to see you developing videos on the microphone and effects (any vocoder inside?). Not sure I understand what autopitch is. Better is listen to a demo from you! 😊Looking for your next videos. Have a great day.
Wow je bent echt goed bezig even een klasse sound van 0 tot perfect !
I love your videos - very inspiring and helpful. You really know what you are doing 💪
thank you for the nice comment!
Weer een prachtige turorial Qui. 👌👌 Groeten Ben
If Qui gets a toy piano or similar instrument, he can create a professional sound for it too. High-level video tutorial, high-level job. Big finger up! :)
A Big Thumbs up. 👍
Thanks for your help, I will love that you would teach how to create a microphone 🎤 set
Excellent work as always very informative videos can please give demo to make indian sounds
Incidently this works on the Korg Pa700 but the pad wave form isnt available so I used an analogue strings sound instead.
hi Qui ..great tutorial. however ..after saving the sound how do i acess the same in the set list? your help is always much appreciated
Can you make a video, how to make a split on korg pa 5x
Fantastisch demo en zeer begrijpelijk, de mogelijkheden zijn bijna onbeperkt
How do you create an arpeggio pattern ?
Thank you for these excellent tutorials. I’m new to the KORG pa series and to making my own own sounds. Thanks to your video I’ve now made my own sound and saved it. I’m now finding it far too loud to be able to use it, and can’t find where to reduce the volume to a reasonable level. I feel I must have missed something along the way but I can’t find what I need to do to put it right. Your help would be very much appreciated. Joyce Shackleton
This is answered at 20:50 its the level setting on the oscillator page, or you can lower the entire preset level on the amp tab page
Thank you, sir. Is it possible to request a video explaining the sound editing menu and the options
if you watch my introduction to sound design tutorial for the korg wavestate you will see all the basic features for sound design. Most of these korg features can be found in the pa5x with the same name. you can find that tutorial over here: ruclips.net/video/rnCLgut0SRE/видео.html
@quirobinez thank you, sir. i will check it out then ❤️
Hello Qui, in your opinion, what would be the best asset for soundtrack, scoring and ambient ? a workstation or an arranger ?
a workstation
do you sale these QR user Sounds?
Excellent Tutorial, can this process be used with other Korg Arrangers?
Yes, you can do the same on the pa4x and probably the other models to, but i never tried that on those models
@@quirobinez will see what I can come up with
Thanks Qui. Great demo as always. This PA5x is a beast. Thank you again for sharing with community. This is the first time I have seen a demo on the synth creation and effects. We want more.😊
Good morning. Thank you for your videos, they are very useful, would it be possible to make a tutorial on how to work with Sound Edit? Right now I have a problem, when editing any sound, to my liking, when I go to Save Sound, I choose the bank on will save, but it saves the sound without the effects, the sound that I prepared to my liking stays in the bank, but without effects, I would appreciate your help please. Thanks. Compliments
thanks for the suggestion, i will think about it
hello, is it possible to remap a drumkit from the beginning?
Yes, you can remap it to your own samples or to other factory samples and save it as a new drumkit
@@quirobinez
thank you, you are a true friend, I have the same keyboard and I thought it was possible to do it only after several updates. I will follow your precious advice and I give you my best compliments. Thanks again
Congratulations. I really like the sounds of J.M.J. and @Qui Robinez created 1 good pad, which I would like to have in my Korg Krome EX. If it is possible and easy for you, could you please send me a file only with the pad that you created in "6:31 create your own Jean Michel Jarre Pad sound". Thank you. Regards.
Hello Sir, I am your subscriber from India... Can you make a video of how to edit any sound that we have created and now we want to change... Please - can you help...Thanks🙏🙏

@quirobinez Thanks a zillions Sir...🙏🙏

Boa tarde. Agradecia solução para este problema. Obrigado

yes, you need to set the use ifx and mfx checkboxes in the right top menu before you select it in your keyboard set. then it copies the effects with it.
Great job on your chords
What chords were you playing ?
One question: do you know how to delete a single instrument in style recording, for example, if you want to delete just the kick drum while recording a style ?
As far as I know, Korg gives you only one option, instead of deleting a single instrument, Korg gives you the option to delete the whole track instead of deleting one instrument.
Thanks
Bonjour, MERCI, pour ce tutoriel :)
