Fiorentina is my Italian club, but I was able to go to Italy this year with my son, and we spent time in Rome, Florence and Venice. Loved Venice, I'd have no problem playing them if I was coming off a Fiorentina save. The island with the Stadium on it is wild. Good luck, looking forward to the rest!

I went with Venezia as well so was interesting to see. My main signings have been Marco Hiller for 550K, Cristian Shpendi for 550K and Alan Virginius for 2.5M (no idea how I pulled Alan off!)
You should have tried to sign Fabio Quagliarella on a free transfer. He is 40, but still has insane ability, just his pace/acceleration has dropped off. He's also a natural leader, so would be great influence on the squad. M'Vila and Pastore are also great free's.
I did a save with Venezia a few years ago prior to the rebrand. From looking about stuff back then, the new plans for a stadium are in the new part of Venice sadly. Not near the water or canals.

Sorry for the influx of suggestions. But Zendejas and Meli are the type of players Brighton would buy. Full of potential and cost virtually nothing. Cheers

thanks for explaining the rotations with the IFs and AMCs in your most recent video! with regards to focus play down the flanks, would you say that keeping it on balanced or focussing play down the middle would be more RDZ like?
Defo use the winger with cut inside perfectly recreates what they do in real life, also would love to see instead of a 10 that double striker partnership maybe on support duties dropping deep like they did vs chelsea and off loading to the wingers
Yeah I mean with the rotations if they have someone in the Half space next to them the difference isn't as large as it may seem when comparing how I set my IF up vs the winger but it would be nice to have one on one of the sides. Thanks for sharing!
Brighton fan here! Loving the save I tried a similar idea in my Fm 23 save trying to recreate a De Zerbi tactic. I know one of the key principles is trying to bait the press, then playing through it. Is there a way to make your players do this in FM? I was thinking about adding dwell on ball to my CB’s. What do you think?

I watched a few of your games recently and in the baiting as you say one of your pivots often drops between the CB’s and that’s something I’m keen for us to start doing in this series because I think the philosophy is actually really close so I’m already looking at the game model stuff! This is the main game. I've never subscribed to the doing a save just for the beta or early access in previous releases either. I've always started a save the very first day the game has gone live and I've never had a problem.
Jack, good to be back for fm 24. I really enjoy your saves. After playing with the new match engine, I find it difficult to create a diamond shape in the middle using a 4 2 31 formation. It appears all the CM roles are moving into the AMC positions. How can I ensure that my two CMs stay in the middle so that my libero comes to the DM position to form a diamond?
Hi mate It's likely you're using 2 roles that rotate so they go further up the pitch. Here's a list of roles that trigger a rotation. Roles that trigger rotations: **Defenders** Inverted Wing-Back (From FB to DM) Inverted Full-Back * New Role (From FB to CB) Libero (From CB to DM) **Midfielders** Half-Back (From DM to CB) Segundo Volante (From DM to AM) Roaming Playmaker (From DM & CM to AM) Box to Box Midfielder (From CM to AM) Central Midfielder Attack (From CM to AM) Advanced Playmaker (From CM to AM) Mezzala (From CM to AM) So if you want "CM's" that don't rotate forwards you need to avoid these roles.
4K resolution. I'd give this series a chance just because of that if there are shorter versions of the videos. It's utterly ridiculous that people post videos of this game at below 4K resolution. Vamos. (Also, very creative thumbnail. It would be nice if you incorporated that type of imagery into the series itselt, not just the thumbnails.)
