Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time is a 2020 platform game developed by Toys for Bob and published by Activision. The game is the eighth main installment in the Crash Bandicoot series and a retcon of the games that originally followed Crash Bandicoot: Warped.[2][3][4] The game's story follows Crash Bandicoot and his sister Coco, aided by their former enemy Dingodile and an alternate-dimension counterpart of Crash's old girlfriend Tawna, as they recover the all-powerful Quantum Masks in a bid to prevent Doctor Neo Cortex and Doctor Nefarious Tropy from taking over the multiverse.
The game adds new elements to the traditional gameplay of the series, including the use of powers provided by the Quantum Masks, which can alter levels and provide means to traverse or overcome obstacles. It also includes additional game modes for replaying levels, and the ability to control five characters in the game, three of whom - Tawna, Dingodile and Cortex - have their own unique gameplay and levels.
Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time was released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 2, 2020,[5][6] while versions for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch were released on March 12, 2021 and a Windows version was released on March 26, 2021.[7][8] The game received generally favorable reviews from critics and was deemed a return to form for the franchise, with praise directed to its gameplay, level design, presentation, and the new additions to the regular platforming gameplay.

I'm still playing Crash bandicoot games and I'm 45 and I was only 17 when they first came out with the original naughty dog classic........ 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
People say I'm crazy for watching gameplay without someone to narrate and visually interact with while watching the game being played, but I guess they just don't understand (one) how nostalgia works; (two) how amazing it is to watch the intricate games I love, from when I was a kid (Kingdom Hearts; Crash Bandicoot; Jak and Dexter; Whiplash; Zelda: Ocarina of Time; Super Mario 64; etcetera), and explore their worlds and take-in the sights, a lot of which I have not seen because I didn't make it past most of the levels in most of these games. This allows me to take a walk through my childhood and expand upon my nostalgia, almost as if I'm adding more depth to a nostalgic memory as I explore it within my mind, unlocking more to the memory in a way that couldn't be possible unless I were actually able to go back in time and almost relive the moments I remember. Between the excellent making of the game and the satiation of curiosity with the privilege of playing the game vicariously through (most times) an expert player, I think the experience skates' past crazy and into euphoric.

It's funny because they hid them so stupidly in this and the levels are bullshit long, it's sucks reaching the end and finding out you have to start all over to get 1 or 2 boxes. This game could've been so much better
I completed every level without dying, while collecting all boxes.

This game is soooo hard its a sequel of a 20+ year old game and fans will give it a go but than we notice we are way to old for this hardship lol the trilogy was hard but fun but CB4 is real hell lol

I grew up with the first 3 and was surprised at how hard the 4th one was but how the graphics and gameplay have evolved that really blew me away!

I just bought Crash and Spyro trilogy. Thought it would be a blast from the past but I have to say that so far, I’m not enjoying crash 1. Controls feel dodgy as hell. I’ll keep playing a bit and hope it gets better. If not, I may move on to 2 or 3

The characters in this game jump so weird it delays its annoying and there's no depth of perception of where ur gonna land ughh...some of these levels weren't thought out properly
